Sounds like a possibility. What's the Wardrobe Wizard?
Where would I find workout shoes for Victoria, Daz3D?

Thank you, I appreciate the caution.
I don't have anything set up at this stage, so should be alright. I would literally be starting the idea from scratch. James just happened to come with the program and is a detailed enough character for the job. I don't need all the extra 'realism', resolution, morphs, and stuff that comes with Millenium figures, but if that's the only way to get a no-skin version, that's what I'll do!
Ironically, I'll still need to hire an artist to tone down the detail on the millenium muscle textures, so that will be factored into the purchase price too. Certainly got some calculations to do when I get home!
Interestingly, I did find a "muscle" texture in the textures folder which is black and white, so I'm guessing it's meant as a bump map or some other such 3D thingy. I'm not sure, but I don't think the pose on the image matches that of James's other textures though, because if that was red and white instead of black and white, that would be ideal!

I didn't understand any of that last sentance, but I'm sure they're all good reasons!
If P6 doesn't have the textures/models, I'll add up the cost of the millenium figures plus Daz's textures, and compare that to the cost of P7 and see what comes out.
Of course the exchange rate's a bit crap right now which doesn't help! :)

Excellent. I'll cross my fingers and see if it's in P6 as well when I get onto my home computer.
Thanks both, you've been really helpful.

Thank you for the insight. How similar are M4/V4 texture map images to standard P6 Male/Female texture map images?
Could I just copy the texture off of one in photoshop and paste it on the other one for example? Or would it actually end up being a really complicated procedure?
Thanks again. :)

Thread: Poser 6 Background Image Render Issues | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks Karen.
What object am I attaching it to? The Background object has a Diffuse_Colour but not a Diffuse_Texture that I can see. Should I be attaching it to a different object?
Victoria_Lee, thanks also.
Autofit is selected, and the render is smooth as it should be, but it's making the image short and wide instead of maintaining the correct aspect ratio, so the render is adding 'cinema lines' to the top and bottom. The poser objects though stay where thay are in the preview so now they are placed differently on the background.
You guys will have to bear with me, Poser 4 didn't have al these different rooms or rendering engines, so navigating all of this will take me a few goes!
Thanks again both of you.

Actually, thats probably it, cos after setting up mapping coordinates, I never re-imported the object. I'm gonna try it, thanks! :)

Check out 3DRad. There's a free version to check it out see if you like it or not. You'll need to export your poser models, and you might find they're a bit hi-res for a game (speed and other inherant complications that might crop up), but like I said, there's a free version, so gotta be worth a look!
Good Luck! - Anthony

Thanks guys, that lot should definately keep me busy! The more ways I know how to do something the better, so I'll be having a go at all of them. I'll go and have a butchers round Jaagers site, then see if I can dig up that tutorial through a few search engines (If anyone knows the URL, I wouldn't say no!) Thanks again you lot, appreciate the help :)
