Where's the effin marketplace search field gone, used to be next to the JOIN PRIME button, Want to know how I had to find what I was looking for, well I will tell you, I had to GOOGLE it, ROFLMAO, Honestly!!! I had to find a picture of what I was looking for on google click on the image link to get to the product in the marketplace. Not good business if your a vendor, someone needs some harsh words said. Come on Rendo Staff you are really screwing up what used to be one of the best places on the WWW

I have been a member here since 1999 and even before that when it was the really old Rendo.
I have noticed over the years that things are getting more and more "Artist Unfriendly", I was shocked when this new upgrade came along just how much the site slowed down, it is virtually unuseable, which is a crying shame as Rendo used to be a great place, it still could be, but the number and the quality of the artists that have now gone elsewhere will make that a difficult task, and to be quite frank about it I don't think that admin have thought through what such a major change will bring.

Thanks All Patrick had the right of it. once I made the eyeball cover and the iris cover transparent there was the texture in place all the time. I'm new to CS3 and I'm a slow learner. Once again thanks Chris_S

Hi Narissa Try importing your landscape from vue as a bitmap background into poser then match your groundplane to your background so your character can cast shadows. Hope that helped a bit :o) Chris-S

Don't let them palm you of with a 20mb image most decent printers will accept images on CD that are 100mb and over if they are in tiff or psd formats. Chris-S

I have done it with 2.5 with great success I used the obj2max plugin from the duck at habware.com I dont know whether this plugin has been upgraded for max 3 yet I think I read on the forum that it has. hope this helps Chris-S

Ethan on the toolbar at the right hand end you will see a yellow sphere a yellow cone and a yellow box etc. click on any of those and you will add a light. Chris-S

Nice one Gig, I would move the camera closer to zoom the temple as you have a nice line leading in to the temple ie the cliff edge, try bringing that line to the bottom right corner if that makes sense to you. Chris-S

Stuie the only way you will be able to get a 10'x 8' rendered is to send the file to a farm. I rendered a 2'x 1' and it took 6 days and fifteen hours and I run NT on a dual PIII 700 mhz with 1GB of ram and a 3D labs oxygenGVX1 card. The problem is probably not your machine the problem is Bryce. As much as I liked using Bryce 3 and now Bryce 4 they have got to have one of the slowest render engines available Chris-S
