Subject: Where are my pictures?

cliff-dweller ( ) posted Thu, 16 September 2004 at 11:55 PM

Doesn't just about any website of this size keep backups in case there is some major disaster like a server meltdown, etc? I think that Rendersoity ought to be able to retrieve the deleted images with comments intact if they'd just take the time and make the effort to do it. It seems to me that such a conciliatory step would be the least they could do in order to begin to repair the damage that has been done to affected members.

I have seen several places mentioned in this thread that offer contest, forums etc. and say that they are much friendlier. Is there a list of different places to look into?

PoserPro 2014, Windows 7, AMD FX-6300 6 core, 8 GB ram, Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti

Well, might as well add Animotions and Renderotica to the list since everyone's stumping their sites here.

Although I will say that we do want to know about contests in advance. There are certain legalities that must be followed in any public contest, so we need to be aware of them.

Where is management? They're ultimately responsible. What are they going to do about it? ~looks around~ I'll echo cliff-dweller. Recover the images/comments from backup. I didn't enter any contests but know some of those comments mean A LOT.

*"This is the Message I was sent when my contest was removed from the Gallery, including other images from other contests...

Instant Message from JenyK: Your gallery post "That's Entertainment" is in violation of Renderosity's Terms of Service and
has been removed. This is your first warning for this offense and will be posted in your member record."*

Now this is definitely something I have a problem with. I've been here 4 years and I didn't know you couldn't post contest images in the gallery. Why the hell should someone get a warning posted on their "record" (lol) for something they didn't know a damn thing about? I know I'd bitch forever if you people did that to me.

"I'm sure that it says that porn and any other image that depict lude sexual acts are a violation of the TOS, but yet they seem to appear in the gallerys and they are not removed... things that make you go hmmmm!!"

No, things that make you go elsewhere.

This is my last statement here. I started using poser because I liked this site. That was in April of this year, There have been contest since I started here, I have entered many. I decided to throw one to pay everyone back for being so great and supportive. The merchents were super, donating so much stuff it was amazing. I was so excited to see all the entries. I am so sad, I feel like a very special place has been ruined for me by someone on a big power trip, and without thinking or being respectful enough to stick to thier word stole hundreds of comments away from people.
My comments mean the world to me. Boost me up and keep my art going. I am going over to find a new place, I hope to see some of you there and keep in touch if possible.
I hope this thread is not deleted for attacks or trade mark infringment..
Thanks to all the cool artist,

Actually this was something that got started a while back and that the admin allowed as an experiment...then decided to let it continue.I found all this out in my discussions with Lillian and comments replied to by two other admin here at rosity when the Fergusen and Cimerone thing hit. There is no way that the admin could have all these postings and none realise something was going on...nor do I believe that all of the admin are aware of whats been taking place.I am not the only one who has spoken direct to the admin on this and had it confirmed that members posting contests in the gallerys was allowed.Fergusen herself is or was a mod here and because of the confusion generated by by the legal requirements of her contest...I think I kinda spoiled any friendship I may have had with her~so rest assured,I remember every detail because I take losing friends personal even when I myself am to blame. The admin encouraged this, there's no way they couldn't have "not known" about it and they have even commented on many of the forum threads resulting from the gallery contests...so to say they didn't know is shall we say "incorrect". I hold no malice towards any of the admin and even am willing to say this could be a terrible mistake on JenyK's part...but when it came to deleting the contest images from the gallery,I was insulted as the people who entered mine worked damn hard on it and I made sure before I even started it that it would be allowed.I had to,I didn't like the set up and thought it needed regulation by the admin...since they're unregulated,I wanted to make sure I followed the rules and asked.

If the end goal of learning is genius...why are most geniuses failures at learning?

ultra429 ( ) posted Fri, 17 September 2004 at 1:29 AM

I find it funny that JenyK says none of the admins knew of the contests in the Gallery when, right in plain view for months, the top Poser artists always seen in the Poser Hot 20 have posted contest images and those images have been put in Poser Hot 20. How could the Admins be unaware of the top Poser images?

No offense, but this reeks of a "let's cover our asses"!

ann0314 ( ) posted Fri, 17 September 2004 at 1:29 AM

...this all happened because of that exact contest...the "Romance Long Ago" contest...I too remember it well as me and ferg and cimerone are all friends and close...when it was brought up that there were legal issues renderosity decided at that time they needed to be more proactive in these contests etc and with reason actually as they could lose the site if something illegal is posted and they get sued...reguardless if they knew or not...the law sees it as your responsibility to know all that goes on and with so many members on this site that is near impossible but sadly they didn't make it clear enough to me or anyone else running contests till now...we were told like it was a "suggestion" to let rendo help manage it. Most of us got the impression that as long as there were no rules like the "brushes" thing we were safe and the gallery was fine. But it was during that point that this rule came into effect and not before. Honestly that is not the issue here at all...all of us contest runners can run our contests our way through the Renderosity Contest Gallery....the problem is the images that were deleted and the people that were "written up" without clearly knowing what they were "supposed to" do. Or in some cases not even having access to the area at all as it is in the "private merchant forum" and not all contests are ran by merchants. I truely hope that rendorosity will see the pain and anger it has caused its community and will make some sort of ammends in such a manner that it will regain the feeling of community we all have had. Not to mention putting up a place in the user forum for such requests so that users can also still have the ability to run contest because as of now they don't. I truely hope this does not end the contests either...the contests were for the poeple not the company...they were to inspire and to encourage and to expand the talent on this site and that is for all of US...which is why H&H is going ahead with ours...we did this for the community and as it is the community that is hurting it seems wrong to yank the contest out of upset...which trust me was definitly considered.

Ok so its true that they own the place and they can do what they want. We can also deal with the problem.

I will not from this time forward purchase an item from Renderosity. I am deleting my gallery as a response to the mistreatment of people. I will replace it with one image in protest.

I will not be back.

I recommend that people band together and find a new site, or create one that can live up to what Renderosity was supposed to be.

Disenchanted,

Steve Edit: I didnt get any images deleted because I changed the names as soon as the contests were over. I was just lucky because all of my best work has been for contests. I wont leave myself open to mistreatment in the future.

"...contest there will not be allowed and would have never been had we even known."

Well, perhaps you personally had no knowledge, but as you're speaking for others by using "we," this is a claim that begs disbelief, unless you're actually saying that you folks have been ignoring the shop to a stunningly irresponsible extent, which I also don't believe, especially given the fact that this disrespectful action took at least one moderator by surprise. Member-sponsored contests have been openly discussed and promoted in the Poser forum for a long time, increasingly so during the past year. If it can be accurately claimed that all of the PTB were clueless, then where the heck have the PTB been? As others have already indicated, this business of member-sponsored contests supposedly disrupting normal operations is bizarre, to put it politely. To put it rudely, bullshit. The contests are good for the community, good for commerce, good for morale. If there was a legitimate reason why they needed to end, this was not the way to end them. How hard would it have been to make an announcement, set a deadline, and say "sorry, that's it, folks" ? Some people still would have complained, but at least there would have been some better sense of fairness and time to re-adjust expectations and understanding.

For me, the most poignent aspect of this entire thread is the fact that one of the sweetest, most considerate and gentle persons I've ever met here, someone whom I've never seen complain and who never has a harsh word for anyone is livid. For a person like that to be so offended should say a lot to anyone with a heart, or for that matter, a halfway decent sense of how good business is done.

This is your first warning and will be posted in your member record. Any practices that affect the normal operations of the community (Admins will take whatever steps are necessary to restore service). I'm very surprised that you would start a contest in the galleries instead of contacting us to find out how to properly sponsor a legitimate contest within our community. Below is the merchant contest forum that is private to merchants, mods and admins so you can discuss and launch your contest the right way. http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?ForumID=12438 Also, any images that are part of your contest or someone elses will also be removed." so there ya go....no more contest.... so heres what gonna happen with my contest! ill find a way to get this contest continuing! dont know how yet but it will carry on! ill mesage those that entered...i still have all your pictures if you need them back! message or email me if you wish them.....and if anyone has any ideas about running it still let me know.... its a stupid call by renderosity..and its damaged a good community! silly people

Many artist have removed galleries over RR BS over the years. They don't pay the moderators so do not exspect good service there. They take 50% of all stores and really do not give a hoot about the users here as long as the money is coming in is how I see it. They allow users to make unlimited ids to haunt or troll other artist with no chance of ever being caught. The ranking system and the top 20 picks are nothing but popularity contest and have nothing at all to do with talent for the most part. I have spoke to several software companies about RR and why they allow RR to use the software name to bring members to the site with no regard or responsibility to trolls that bad mouth the software. Most have told me RR is a joke and only for ametures and anyone that is any good usually will get sick of the way RR does things. I say pull your stores as hurting the pocket book is the only way they will listen and every one on this board should send a complaint email to the president of this site. Very sad to see how this has been handled but not at all surprising. Tim (Tim Choate)

I wouldn't be so quick to pack up and rush off to other sites in protest. This issue will probably be fixed in the end, just like all the other craziness that goes on around here every so often. Being loyal to one site and/or leaving another only deprives yourself of the resources those others have to offer. I don't like what's happened here, but I have no plans to protest, leave, or do much of anything else. This is by far the largest Poser resource out there, and frankly, the one where the most happens (good and bad). Let's try just dealing with this problem and working towards a solution that everyone can accept. SnowS

I will be even more dissapointed if I find out this whole situation is about Rendo making more money, like if they charge the merchant or sponser of the contest to use the "Contest" gallery or what ever it may be THEY decide. That situation, if it does occur would definately make me find a new, less money and power hungry site. I SURE DO HOPE THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!

I just want to persoanlly apologise to all effected.... Something that started out as fun, has slowly turned into a dissapointment for the ones who took the time to organise the contests, and all the artists who spent hours on images to enter... I do also feel it is not fair to be blaming JenyK when it was clearly my ignorance on not understanding the gallery rules..for so long ive seen contests ran in the galleries, even before me and never has a contest been stopped before now..i just assumed it was ok to do..i do feel so terrible to all who entered my/our/all contests, If you want to IM me and shout at me and blame me please do.. i can fully understand me recieving a warning on my account i deserved it.. there are proper channels for all things on this site and i just didnt read them The thing i dont like is the fact it has just been bought to Renderositys attention, not sure what and who by, but to be honest its caused alot of upset and ill feelings now and after all the things that have been going on in the galleries im ready to pack it all in... Ive put my last 4 years into this place and feel so terrible this morning after a very bad nights thinking about all of this.. I cannot apologise enough to everyone who has lost images,me included .. Just am now left kinda feeling very isolated and to blame for all this mess, and yeah sis & Dudley i know youll slap me for that comment too :/ I think a break from here is very well due Take care ALL Artists and Admin and except my apologies again ~T~

Tracy, I think you are being far too nice, you had no idea and do NOT deserve any type of warning on your account, this whole situation should have been delt with more professionally, by the people who run this site. You and the other people who were holding these contests were just making the site more enjoyable by anyones standards. You have no need to appoligize, we will leave that for the people or persons responsible for this mess.

Tracy, you were joking, right? When you were saying that all of this was your falt you were joking, were you not? I sure hope so.

Like many here, I had an image deleted--one which I was proud of and which garnered a good amount of comments. Like many here, I am livid at what happened, even if I won't bother repeating that which 228 posters have said before me. But, however pissed off we are, I don't believe any of us hold any anger whatsoever toward those who had held the contests in question. Why would we? There is no question that it is R'ocity's management who is to blame for this mess. Whether the Admin responsible acted at their direction, or is simply incompetent and, furthermore, has no respect for anyone within the community she is supposed to uphold, it is still ultimately the fault of this site's management. Not the people genuinly trying to get everyone to have fun.

Um, I do believe the contests actually serve just this purpose--along with that of having fun. I know I'd have never bothered with close-up portraits if it wasn't for Tracy's competition; but having tried, I liked it and I know I've gotten better just from doing the 4 entries for her contest. So I don't get what your point really is.

drsofaking ( ) posted Fri, 17 September 2004 at 4:07 AM

OK... I"ve read it all... and I wasn't going to comment, but to hear Tracey (Mutedbanshee) apologize... and to understand that she feels its her fault, is just too much! Tracey, you have NO REASON to apologize. You did nothing wrong. Your contest inspired me, and hundreds of others (408 if I remember right)... to create some amazing artwork that otherwise would not have happened. I said it before, I'll say it again... "Thanks for your contest - it was fabulous"... it was a gift, and nobody can take that away. The TOS is, as Jenyk stated, a general guideline. Because there are so many possible situations, it would be impossible and impractical to define them all. So the basic rule is: "Maintain the status quo" Anything that has been accepted for years.... by definition, is acceptable. The plea of not knowing may be true for Jenyk, but its obvious that other admins had full knowledge, and had even commented in the forums. Jenyk made some big mistakes... she knows it. She's apologized, and I personally think she is sincere. If you happened to miss it... this is what she said: Yes, I'm sorry; There was one contest I had said I would give time to notify people and then removed images (I started getting the contests mixed up, as to which I was removing). The decission to remove was based on consistancy for not having anyone see contest in the galleries. Your right! I should have spent the rest of week informing everyone that this is against the terms and gave them a chance to rectify it. I do sincerely apologize for jumping the gun. It is with all honesty that I had no intent for it to a big issue, and I hadn't considered that members don't keep copies of images and didn't think about the comments. I will not remove any of the images still in the gallery for contest (there are still some). I accept her apology, I think and hope that its sincere. Current and future contests will continue, I'm sure. I see changes already happening.. I'm positive that issue will resolve itself. People who lost images, and had no other copies... well, I'm sorry for you, and I feel your pain, but that's really your own fault. The real loss... as far as I'm concerned, is the loss of the comments. I value every one I receive... and I've met some wonderful friends, basically because of the comments. I especially feel for people like Prog... Dudley, your last contest image was awesome... I saw it first in the Poser Top 20, first place, with 79 votes and hundreds of comments. I know what that means to you, and I feel your loss! Put it back up my friend, I'll give you another vote. I like this site a lot. For free, I get a place to post my images, the biggest free stuff collection, great forums and tutorials... and best of all, YOU, my fellow artists and friends. I'm sure theres room for improvement.. there always is. Jenyk made a mistake, a big one. I don't think even now that she's aware of the impact what she did has made. But everyone makes mistakes. We'll get over this. And Tracey, I will never accept an apology from you. You're one of my hero's - you can do no wrong. Kent

julialynn ( ) posted Fri, 17 September 2004 at 4:20 AM · edited Fri, 17 September 2004 at 4:28 AM

Tracy, I don't think anyone who entered the contest is angry with you. I'm definitely not. Okay, maybe you messed up by not checking with an admin first, but as you said, contests were being run in the galleries before now. So, it seems like an honest mistake, and I see no reason for you to receive an 'official' warning. The polite and professional thing to do would have been to 'unofficially' notify you that you were violating their rules and give you a chance to rectify the matter (call a halt to the contest, IM the entrants to let them know the contest had been postponed and they would need to take 'contest' out of their image title or risk having it deleted, etc.) Such drastic measures as deleting work from people's galleries should not have been undertaken without notice. That is the action that I'm appalled and angered by (and I'm one of the fortunate ones. For some reason my image didn't get deleted and I've now changed the title in an attempt to keep it safe. I just feel badly for everyone who did lose things from their galleries). So please don't beat yourself up over this, and anyways it sounds like there were 3 or 4 other contests currently running, there's no way you can hold yourself responsible for those contests suffering the same fate (or old contest images being deleted). ;-)
Hugs, Julia

Just editing to say that when I refer to images being lost, what I really mean is the comments. I'm assuming most people really do keep back up images (although if like someone mentioned if your backup is damaged and then your image gets yanked from here without warning...well, you're screwed).

its not a question of being asked or told what to do, Yulia was simply saying she maybe wouldnt of even tried doing the images she did,but was inspired to try them out and join in the contest, my soul purpose was to try and get the community together doing something they could learn from..from each other in techniques and whatever and also to try out things they hadnt tried before i do hope i succeeded with somewhere in all this mess... Snow and many others here... with all due respect, the owners of this site have demonstrated quite plainly that there no reason in which to change the structure or the way this site is maintained and/or operated unless they are forced to do so. So for individuals to just 'suck it up', stick around and wait for a solution that will never come only supports the owner's of this site belief that the members of this site are nothing but a dumb herd of sheep that will conform (grudgingly some of the times) to whatever whim they choose to suffer upon what had once been a Community. Only reason why I come here anymore is to troll through the free stuff, and visit the forums every September to watch the management shoot themselves in the foot for making, yet another, boneheaded move. Lets the first September this site was opened saw Willow and Grey get ejected from their hard work on this site, the following one saw myself and DSI ejected from our hard work on this site, the following one was a combination of lets rewrite the rules for Artist of the Month and Artist of the Year because we dont want Legume to win, the September after that was the combination of lets rewrite our Contest Rules at the end of a contest and also tick off the merchants of this site by ejecting some and playing favorites and once again, this September is lets find, yet another way, to restrict the Community atmosphere on this site by disallowing any Community Member created contests See a pattern here? Look people, I no longer have a vested interest in the Poser Community, I no longer run any Poser sites and I tend to stick to myself and rarely talk on the forums, preferring to come onto the sites and get whatever freebee looks good at the time, so no offense meant here (and I am probably wasting my breath here), but take a hard look around you you call what is going on in this site a Community? A Community website is a place where the members are ENCOURAGED to work side by side with the owners of the website to make it better. To come up with innovative ways in which to draw other members and new ones into interacting with each other, express themselves freely in every aspect of that site be it the galleries, the forums and even the online store. Ever since the ejection of Willow and Grey, Ed, Diane, Ironbear, DSI and myself from the operation of this website, Renderosity and its Community has been slowly suffering and has quite honestly become quite stifling. The C&D forum was removed, the Off Topic forum that had been set up to replace the C&D was removed, the Tavern removed (though there is a Den one now) it has gotten pretty much to the point where the only real talking you can do that may not be On Topic is either in chat or Site Messaging, or if you happen to get a post that goes unnoticed. Theyve now canceled the ability for members to have contests with each other for funrather than coming up with a way to still have them without the chance of legal issues and the owners of this site encourage favoritism more than ANY of the current Primary Presidential conventions put together. On this website you are a nobody or a sheep unless you one of the top vendors in their online store or a serious kiss-butt with TPTB here. Thats not a Community. You want to know what a Community is really like? What it is like to see the owners of a website encourage their members and themselves to be a Community? Try Renderotica, 3D Commune, Poser Pros, hell AniMotions has more of a Community style atmosphere than this place. The ONLY Community atmosphere I see coming from this place is from the members of this website, certainly not from the owners and from where I sit, it sure doesnt seem like the owners do anything to really encourage it unless it brings them more money. Bottom dollar folks I could care less if you keep coming here, pumping your hard earned money into this site and its online store. Nor do I care if you wish to continue paying for the privilege of posting more than a couple of images on this website a day, or sell your products in this sites store it is up to you if you wish to do those things and it is your right to do so But, if you think that the administration is ever going to change its views, policies and practices when you tolerate treatment you dont like and you stick around like the sheep they think you are, then you are only deluding yourselves inaction is no different and is often viewed as tolerance with business people and that is EXACTLY what the owners of this site is. The only care that the owners of this website have about the members and the Community here is just HOW MUCH MONEY they can get from you. Otherwise they would be interacting with their members, not just when there is a uprising, but ALL OF THE TIME interacting, partaking and encouraging all of you to do the same. Sure, the other websites I mentioned (Renderotica, 3D Commune, Poser Pros, FaerieWylde and AniMotions) also are run by people who run a business on their websites and try to make money from the 3D and Poser Community however, I know personally that Diane, Mark, Greg, Thorne, Menhdi and Russell interact, partake and encourage those that are members of their sites to BE a Community, and constantly work with their members to make their sites better not just to make money off of them, but to also make it better for those that visit their sites THAT is what a COMMUNITY really is. If you are unhappy here, dont like the way you are treated as artists or individuals, or like the treatment of others, then please dont be sheep. The only reason why this site is as big as it is is because the owners of this site is hoping that is exactly what you will be and will never change for the better as long as that is the case. nuff said. ~Jack

KAOS,

Art is a hobby for me, nothing more. I've no need to push myself in learning what I do not desire at the moment since my livelihood does not depend on it--and that is precisely why I enjoy this hobby so very much. Until Tracy's portrait competition, I had no interest in close-ups; I do now, thanks to her. Case in point: contests serve as a catalyst for people to try things they may not have otherwise. That was really the only point I was trying to make.

If you choose to view art as your life, it is your right. Scoffing at others for thinking differently is another matter entirely.

All in all, this argument is rather misplaced, and having said all I wanted on the subject, I am now done with it. Have a nice day.

asked, told or " Requested " << you missed the " Requested " bit. mutedbanshee ... dont play with my words please, youll make me sound horrible. one sided or even petty . ....anyways when one is carrying out any said actions it ceases to be art and becomes work...a task. .......i was speaking on a very easy and quite black n white level. ......i belive true art comes from within.....period. if any other artist needs to work by another artists rule, then that is fine with me. i was simply stating every artists driving sentance....practice then practice then practice some more . ......but i trust my grammer has let me down somewhat with the " practice you cant lose " line. sorry :O) im new to this interaction thing. i have lead quite a sheltered life ,im affriad peace ~ KAOS ~

I believe if someone wants to enter a contest KAOS that is their business. Whether or not contests help improve an artist is irrelevant. Every artist, serious or not, decides for themselves what course they take in improvement.

KAOS wrote "The time you spend entering contests, use it to practise your art instead....you cant lose...."

Its fine to suggest other routes for artistic improvement, but to invalidate another's personal choice (whether for improvement or not) is not your place.

I did Muted Portrait Comp and I think it is my best work thus far. I didn't intend it to be, it was for fun. That is what Poser is for me. Fun. If I become good, that is secondary to the pleasure creating with Poser brings me.

I cant believe this is happening, its sad, it really is! Like we all have worked hard on doing images for contests and challenges, and then find out they have been pulled, makes me mad, especially on the peeps who actually organised these contests, etc etc. Trouble is , you can see why loads of peeps are leaving rosity for there lack of customer service, explaneations and so forth. i had no IM or Ebot to tell me my pics have been removed nothing, i am pretty psed of at the mo, my god, we all have worked hard on doing things for rosity and what do they do throw it back in our faces, with out a by or leave, you know! dang it, there are many many other places for contests on loads of sites, many going on right now, but its still narks me off, when peeps have gone through the trouble of getting sponsers and prizes for there contests, even buying the stuff them slves only to have it swiped away from them, damn it, im am getting really Psed of with rosity at the mo, and i will not be replaces my deleted images, as they will be posted else where on this humble web world of ours! aaarrggghh, i need a ciggy and a coffee, maybe, just maybe then ill calm down!

In the words of DarkStarRising:
"Sadness within sadness,
Darkness within darkness,
a shadow of a form lays upon the floor,
looking at herself
looking at her own shadows of loneliness"

This is a horribly litigious society, where you only have to look at someone to give them whiplash. I'm amazed that all the Spiderman renders and copyright-infringing renders are still up here. They're non-profit-making and do no harm, and I think they should be up, but it only takes one Cease And Desist from Uncle Walt or Time Warner to turn your favourite bookmarks into 404 errors. Fact is such depictions are only allowed in the context of satire, at least under US law as I understand it, and it would be a pretty stupid company- particularly one based in a country as lawyer-infested as the US- that didn't watch its a*** in this respect.

That doesn't really exxonerate Renderosity, since it seems to have followed the 'Withering Vine' model for community websites, where rules are lax and everything's free and easy in the early days and EVERYONE comes to join, and then the scr*w gradually gets tighter and tighter. I've seen this happen so many times on the Net, and I'm sure you have too.

Of course the scr*w doesn't start getting tightened until people have really integrated the site into their lives, made friendships, etc, and then it's with a bitter heart that they have to migrate and start over in some other site where the vine is a bit lusher (at the moment).

Power corrupts!

I see we dont think alike either Ultra,..As you state. poser the program is fun for you... while its is i, who creates my own fun/art using the programs as programs to reach my final goal. ...my art. ~ ill stick with my previous line "The time you spend entering contests, use it to practise your art instead....you cant lose...." the sentance is quite correct, and i feel i detect a slight aggressive bent in your tone....why is that may i ask ?? or is that rude? if so sorry.. oh and congratulations with Muted Portrait Comp best work. may i have the address to check it out thanks :O) KAOS

Kaos,

What you are doing right now is quite blatantly hijacking a thread. I am willing to believe you are not really aware of it, given the obvious language constraints and your admission that you are new to the whole on-line thing. If you want to have a discussion about best ways to practice art, by all means, let's do that--in a separate thread. But hijacking other's threads is rude; it is particularly bad taste when the original issue is as important as this one.

Just checked my gallery and my images for the contests in question are still there good thing. My FCC entry was also a gift to my wife on our twentieth anniversary... Needless to say she would be more than a lttle ticked if it got deleted and since she pays the "Renderosity only card" bill I could tell you the $1,000+ a year that I now spend here would come to a halt. TOS that. Wonders what penalties are bestowed upon renagade Admin. and Mod. Yd aka Dannyboy:)

:O( that hurt !! to hijack one would asume one needs a reason. and as i do not have a reason, i shall improvise, .....edmundo is all ears.........gripe away, ..i dare say your husbands/patners ears will be glad ov the rest. ( plz dont mistake that as plain ole fashioned rudness, but more as logical assumption based on chance ) Thank you KOAS

I have a wonderful idea. Since so many have been affected by this, they should make it up to us by giving eveyone a coupon for the MP.
