Im sorry but that is not very good.

you have the camera focusing on the same thing all the time, and there's not even any animation. The only reason looking at a singer in real life is not boring, is cause humans have alot of muscles and random motion happening.

But this is just boring.

Still improving! I am working on a new one and this time its going to be much much better with less errors which I have learned to fix from the music video.

Francis, actually that is pretty good for a second try. I enjoy the surreal quality to it, with the giant clock and the men moving past in the background. I laughed when the beetle came out of the van. Giving more life to the singer will help in future animations (facial expressions, body movement) as will changing the background and camera angle. I think creating an animation like this gives you an appreciation of what skills are required of a movie/music video director. Keep at it, and don't let certain people who do not create but only criticize get in your way!

Put Up or Shut Up! There's plenty of animation going on considering this is Francis's second animation! I would like to see what you have to offer! I liked the fact that there's a lot going on in the background behind the singer. So what if it's not perfect.  

Francis, just keep learning and keep doing what you're doing. You'll get there soon enough. Ignore those who have nothing enlightening to say.  I really enjoyed the background animation of the bike rider and the guy running around in the background. I actually chuckled when the bike went by behind her. The guy walking into the clock and knocking himself out was funny too!

That ambulance driven by the carrion beatle and seeing it eat the guy who knocked himself out was silly/creepy.

Anner-knowing but also critical words are a great help  for every new

animator.

Yes, it is a hard work to make an animation. I do not know, how I can

automate camera changes in poser for example. In the new

project I think I must make movies with several different camera

angles and then cut them in a program like Premiere.

In my first musicvideo i gave Emilias facial expressions more attention.

Definitely agree with 'so surreal its good'. You have a singular gift for this sort of thing and all you need to do is improve your technical skill and you'll be doing very awesome stuff soon enough. Keep it up and can't wait to see more !

The one thing that I would suggest as you go forward with you animation is remember that people never stand still, as you advance in skills you will learn to make the body move, sway, and rotate a little even when standing still.

But I have to say that was a very good video for you second try.

You are getting the feel of it.

I'm a newb at the poser animation thing too, though I used to do animation for TV commercials back in the 16 mm days, with an animation stand and cells. I did the artwork and the film work when I worked for a large ad agency.

I'm really having a blast getting into animating in Poser.

That's good for a 2nd try. Don't let criticism get you down. One thing I would say is think in terms of actual music videos and/or TVs and movies - long stationary shots, etc., are the exception to the rule. Render the same scene from diff. angles, long shots, close ups, etc., then use your video editor to put together one scene.

Here's one I did recently - http://youtu.be/A93N0GST4zE. Had talk-designer problems and lip-sync issues, but it came out okay. Same movement (or lack thereof) issues as you, too.

This is the big mistake unproductive people make. They think that FIRST they should get inspired to do something, and THEN they'll start doing it.

Life isn't like that. FIRST, you start doing something. THEN, as a result of your doing something, you become inspired to continue.

If you are incapable of taking the first step, you might as well pick a new hobby because this one isn't interesting enough for you.

And FrancisChopin, I think you've done very well for a second try. Yes, the realism and details of the movements needs work. You'll get that with practice. What stands out as excellent: that you had the concentration and focus to make a whole video (wow!), and that your sense of the surreal is fantastic.
