IMO, Morphs would work though water shaders wouldn't. Ground plane properties may need some fiddling with.

The soap suds add to the image. The lowest part of the drip down her cheek seems to be too dark. You may want to consider loosing that part. Don't get me wrong. I think you have done a wonderful job.
Thanks for the feedback. I decided to adjust the drip and keep it in the render.
Xandi, for the soap suds, I created the geomtry in zBrush and used a soap suds brush from a set of photoshop brushes called "Rons Suds" to create an alpha map with Gimp.

The water planes should be just fine as long as you change the Reality material to WTer. The shaders are irrelevant, the water material will lead to a more realistic result.

This render was a bit of a challenge. I wanted her looking out of the window at some nice scenery. The scenery also had to provide the main light, being daytime. So I used an IBL (from hdrlabs). I also wanted the effect of sunlight streaming through the window. The IBL couldn't provide that, as cranking up the output washes out the background. So I added a sun, and set the direction of the sunlight the same as the IBL light. As the sun is a powerful light, it obliterates the IBL light. Therefore, I changed the Sky setting in Reality to the lowest setting I could: 0.0001. The IBL setting in Reality was bumped up to 2. Then, in LuxRender, I changed the sun parameter to 0.000200. Lastly, with the IBL and sun coming through the window, the inside of the house was a little dark. It didn't look as if there was daylight coming through the back windows. A meshlight was therefore added, and placed to the left of the scene. For that I used the Daylight preset, and turned the power down to 10.
I think it all worked out quite well.
Oh, and the leopard. It is the bodyguard.
I also rendered a DOF version. You choose which one you like best :)
I forgot to thank John for the music sheet prop used in the above render, as well making the notes prop on the wall Reality friendly. Thank you John, it is much appreciated!

Indeed Reggie Indeed! Most times you have nasty giants but every so often there is a good one... Funny thing is the opposite "Fetish" or fascination to tiny wimin are giant ones. Last night my wife was watching strange sex on TLC and they had the giantess fetish. Being in the size fetish thing, I know the producer from seeing each other's work and being mutual fans. Turns out he's a millionaire making and selling his clips. His dad builds his sets! As far as I am from having the skills of Mike Doc Anton or Charley I am one of the tops in my field LOL!

Just started a test render with the camera half above/half under water inside a glass container.
Parenting the container to the camera sadly didn't work because it didn't show up (like the camera) in Reality's materials list.
Still too early to tell if it indeed works for the under water bit, but at least there is an image forming : )
I'll replace it tomorrow morning after a good night's worth of number crunching.

Looks like the Malibu Overlook ibl set from hdrlabs. One thing.. for getting the light to stream through the window, could the light portal prop have focused the light more easily to get the effect you were looking for? Add in the fog prop with it's settings set real low to make some of the dust particles that are naturally visible in all well-lit air?

I've noticed the same, where any item parented to a camera disappears from the mat list entirely (I suspect because a camera is not a material anyway and has no physical identity where lux is concerned). I do this for lights, where I move them while parented to a camera, then unparent when I get them into position. And name them, of course.

Paolo can answer the light portal query, assuming siggraph is wrapped up. I've never used them to be honest, but they do have an entry in the RUG.
The fog prop for dust does have some merit, as I recently used just such an effect for my city image. My main qualm however was that even at 1 and 1 (the values, respectively), I got a balmy 11ks/s in render speed, about a tenth of even my massive scenes using just a mesh and an ibl. It would have taken an entire week, 24/7 of rendering to get it to an acceptable quality level.
BTW Anton, I know I'm biased towards mostly non-DOF images, but your non-DOF version has just enough blur in the background to make me prefer it over the DOF version. On that note, it becomes a matter of how large your set is and how much of the background details you don't mind losing. I've really been paying attention to how this is done in movies the last month or so, and the likeness between Lux's behavior and a movie camera is utterly uncanny. The Dark Knight has been my muse as of late, where Batman's eyes go nearly black in scene lighting, and wide shots with city scenes have no perceptable DOF, while two figure scenes look like a typical DOF shot. Makes for good studying!

SIGGRAPH starts on next Monday, the 5th, and I will be driving back home the morning of the 10th. The drive from LA to Santa Cruz is about 8 hours so I will be semi-offline for a few days. Nevertheless you want to keep an eye on the news because I will be making an announcement. I will also be on site for demos and to chat. If anybody is there I will gladly meet with you.
Anyway, portals are not for focusing or changing the light. They are an optimization tool. With a portal you are telling Lux where the light goes through so that the program doesn't need to waste time working on areas that are not covered by the portal.

Looks like the partly submerged camera inside a glass box didn't work (see updated test image).
Thinking about it, it's not surprising because the water plane continues inside the box.
With water inside the camera container the situation hasn't changed, it will have to be removed first using an external mesh editor. That means quite a bit of work to neatly repair the boundary of the water mesh to seamlessly meet the contours of the camera container.
Nothing to be done about it.

It's the Worlds of Fantasy: Medieval House from Stonemason. There's water below that came with the set but you can't see in the scene, and it also had a skydome that I removed and used a Skies of Reality IBL instead.

The second over/under water render test seems to be successful (very early version!):
For this one I edited the water surface .obj in SketchUp/MeshLab to make an opening for the camera container. Now the glass camera box isn't partially filled with water anymore, and the render looks OK, both above and under the water surface of the tub : )

My second Reality render. Did a B&W (because I like them) tried for a chemical finish(silver) - like film instead of digital. I am not disatisfied. In any case:Let me know what you think.
