Brilliant work. I have no knowledge of creating animations but this is very very impressive work. The POV, the lighting and especially the music all fit perfectly. Well done and you do the little varment proud.
Thread: New Vue Infinite Flash Tutorials | Forum: Vue
This has been done extremely well. It allows the user to proceed at their own pace and it is well written and explains the procedures very clearly. Well done, a must for every VUE user. Thanks so much for your time and effort.

Thread: 'Stylin' with CSS Styles in the new PHP Forums | Forum: Vue
Ok, how do you do this CSS thing and what does CSS stand for? I am clueless? I altered the options under my profile but that only gives me 4 color choices. Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, I'm really a dope!

Thread: Problem with volumetric lighting | Forum: Vue
Here may be the solution to your problem.
In the top right corner of your screen there is a small window that allows you to make various changes to objects. If you have your light selected, in that window you see "color" "softness" "spread" "falloff" and "power".  If you click on the little icon left of "falloff" you can now make various changes to that spotlight in the pop up window. You are presented with two sliders, "Intensity" and "quality boost".  Adjust first the "quality boost" slider all the way to the right, then adjust the intensity to you desire. You may also want to play with the check box "show smoke or dust in light beam" option. Hope this helps.
Thread: Update to Version 5.09 - Build 280618 | Forum: Vue
John I am soo sorry to hear of your loss. I do however appreciate you posting this hard learned lesson in hopes of others not getting ripped off. If you want to compare V5 with V5I the best ways to do so is to look at the art here at Rosity or perhaps better, go to Vues website and compare the features there. The one HUGE thing that is incomparable is the ecosystems that Infinite has. If you aren't into doing landscapes now or the future than V5pro might be the way to go. Either way, do your homework on their site and see what best fits your needs and also offers the ability for you to expand your artwork in the future. Buying V5I is a HUGE it to the checkbook, but if you are getting into 3d art and hope to expand, it is always better to buy something you can grow and expand into as your interests diversify and your talents increase. Good luck

Oh yea, I saw this this morning and jumped on it faster than thirsty tick on a Georgia hound dog. They look absolutely fantastic and are small in file size so you can populate a bunch of them and the file size is still small.

If I had your dilemma I would use M3 from Poser and try to recreate the faces a best as I could and put them on a terrain and render it. I might not be perfect but I'll be saving 495.-
Thread: a more convinsing waterfall? | Forum: Vue
From my experience, the best and only conviencing way to achieve waterfalls is to paint them in in the postwork phase of your art creation. Go to the marketplace and look for photoshop brushes. There you will find waterfall brushes that you can paint onto your image. It requires just a little effort but the effects are absolutely wonderful. Good luck.
Thread: Where goes the saved alpha pic to? | Forum: Vue
I am only the messenger so don't blame me ;) Why Vue5I does this is beyond me, but go to My Documents/My Pictures/e-on software/Vue5 Infinate/ and there you will find the default location that it saves alpha maps to. "Please don't shoot the messenger" Hope this helps
Thread: New Video Flash Tutorial For Vue Infinite 5 | Forum: Vue
I think your tutorial is done very well. I appreciate all the work you put in to making this tut. If I could offer only a small suggestion and that is to allow the instructions on the screen to appear a little longer since in the flash format there is no forward and back button. Thanks again. G&C
Thread: Geting realistic image | Forum: Vue
I agree with Rokol, and even laughing hard at his first response. He is right in that you MUST be willing to play around with all the various settings. You might also want to familiarize yourself with the manual as that can let you know immediately where everything is and what it does. The people in the VUE forums bend over backwards to assist anyone with problems or questions however, there is a small level of expectation we have on the part of the user and that is they must spend some time with the program (beyond what it takes to install it) and even be willing to make mistakes.
Thread: trouble animating a rotating object | Forum: Vue
I know nothing about animation so please dont take this tip as an insult. But, if the tex is one of horizontal stripes or even a solid color then you wont notice any rotation. So is the texture one that would be very noticable if it is rotated? G&C
