Hi Preston, according to my purchases record for Prae I have only bought 5 of their products including this purchase and with all their content I find it difficult to believe that the freebies offered match the 4 previous items I purchased... Is there any way to verify what the free items were and list them here so I can match them to my purchases? Unfortunately their BOGO offer is no longer listed.
Thanks for anything you can do to assist with this issue.

Hi, just wanted to update since nothing has been mentioned here since 1/18/16... As of week of February 21st my daily e-mails have begun showing up. Don't know why it took nearly 3/4th's of a year to occur but happy to be receiving them once again... Hope everyone else in this Forum Thread has been resolved also! Thanks.

This coupon does not apply to sale and or Prime items, and clearance. Also, you need to be sure that the products in your cart are eligible to have coupons applied to them from the vendor permission level. The product page will have the green coupon icon if that is applicable.
If this does not apply to the items in your cart and you still have issues using that, please let us know so we can try to help you more.
Coupon is not working and no error messages showing when I add the non-prime coupon code it just does not apply... Have attempted this on 2 different browsers with same results. All items I am purchasing totaling over $45.00 all have green coupon icons on their pages and since I am not Prime they all should accept the code. However code does not apply to any of them whether listed as Prime or not. Please look into this and respond with solution so I can make my purchase before sale ends on these items today the 21st.

Merry Christmas Kimberly, To date I have still not received any newsletters. I use Outlook from MS Office and do receive notices of wish list items, notices of my Prime Subscription ending, and my favorite artists postings but not the newsletter and have not received it since July... So how do we resolve this as they are just not showing up and I have no reason to believe Microsoft could be blocking them... They are not in Sp*m folder either and were never sent there... Thanks.
Please advise as my profile does show and has shown since day one that I am signed up to receive them.

This has been an issue ever since the website was changed and updated earlier this year. Since then I have not been able to use PayPal in either Firefox or Chrome. When I click on the radio button it activates but leaves the credit card entry lines in place and will not complete the transaction.

Second, once the Poser runtime is added to DIM, make certain it is selected as shown.
Press the Accept button.
Since my Poser Content is located on a different drive than DAZ is I have setup my install paths in DIM this way - DAZ Content (F:/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library) & Poser Content (G:/Poser Pro 2014 Content). Will I need to setup a new folder for this Poser content or can it just go into this runtime and does this mean I need to go to my DIM settings each time and tell it whether I am installing to DAZ or Poser? As for Content Updates do I choose to install those to "Respective Installed Paths" or "Install to Selected Path"? Sorry had to do this long hand as I do not yet know how to add these screen images to my responses...
Thanks again for your help and the added screen captures. They really help in understanding the process and hopefully will help any others who see this thread...

By the way I did not delete any of the DAZ installers and all those files are saved on an external hard drive...
