V3 and M3 have the same vertex count, if I am not mistaken. You should be able to follow this tutorial, and just substitute in your unimesh figures of choice.Thread: I can't believe its true ... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Unless I am mistaken, I think Nerd said that he had gotten hit with some SERIOUS bandwidth theft. The registration/"check out" procedure was to bandwith to an maintainable level, rather than take everything down.

Ooh, I don't like zipped zip files. I'd probably end up unzipping them all and then rezipping into a single file before archiving anyway. I can see separate zips so you don't have to use the bandwidth for the parts you don't need, but if you have to download it all in a go either way, I'd prefer not to have the extra unzipping step. What I like is when all the versions are there, BUT in different folders. So you've got a folder for P4 MATs, one for PP mats, P5, and so on. Then I can just select the folders I don't need and delete them in a go. If they're all in one folder, it's nice if the P5/PP/P4 designator is at the beginning of the file name rather than the end. If its at the beginning, they're all grouped together and easily selected. If they're at the end of the name, everything's mixed togehter and I have to go through and individually select each one.

Thread: Opinion Poll: Do you prefer conforming or dynamic clothing? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Conforming for ease of use, although personally I'd like to see a combination. Conforming in the tight/easily pinched bits, with dynamic drapey details.

A cat, I'm guessing.
Well, on the horse, I bought the bundle when it first came out, returned it at the end of a 6-week extended return policy when DAZ refused to show images of the long-promised fix, and ended up buying just the base horse again during their originals sale later. To be honest, IMHO, the horse still sucks. It has about the same joint quality as the Charger, the mesh is fundamentally flawed, and the mane is terrible. Unfortunately, if you need a light horse, it's about the only game in town. It's better than the P4, and that's all I can say for it.
On the other hand, if you don't need a horse at all (no project planned, etc), I'd say don't waste your money. If you can do with a heavy breed (draft horse, Clydesdale, Perchion, and so on types), get Bloodsong's Heavy Horse, which is still available in the marketplace here. The model quality meets or exceeds the Milhorse in the worst spots, and it comes with more accessories. It's just more bang for your buck, if the size of the horse works for your scene.

Thread: Help with mermaid tail | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Is this the DAZ tail for V3? They're modeled into the tail; you can't get rid of them (unless there's a morph or something). Anton (the creator) said he preferred the "merged leg" style of mermaid tail to the "eel-like" style.
