Umm, there is no secret "Power of AJS" that's waiting to be unleashed by a clever Poser rigger.
Here's a little secret:
The thing that makes Genesis work ARE "Animated Joint Centers"
And why do you think the script to re-fit Genesis clothing in Poser is called "Transfer active Morphs" ? Here's a clue: It transfers Morphs !
It also projects weightmaps.
Just like Poser!
Why do you think DSON is able to load Genesis into Poser in the first place?
Because while different in details, the basic principle between Poser and DAZ rigging is still the same.
So, no, Poser rigging has no "secret advantage" over DAZ rigging. None, nada, njet, nix, zero, zilch.
Combine that with the fact that DAZ has the much more advanced rigging tools (Autorigging in seconds vs hours of manual joint center adjustement) and you know why there is not a single figure out there making use of all those newfangled PP-2014 rigging features.
If you use AJS in Poser figure rigging, you get a bad copy of Genesis.
Woohoo!
Taking you much more time and jumping through hoops to support than the original.
Please, before you make statements for everybody else to read (and take as fact), inform yourself about the technology you're talking about.
I mean, really....
:-(

Content Advisory! This message contains profanity
And yeah, what Vilters said:
All existing DAZ and Poser figures pretty much s*ck if you have somewhat higher artistic and also technical standards.
But of course as people around here instantly go ballistic the moment you point out a flaw in "their" favourite figure or just have a "Well, I can always fix it in Photoshop" attitude, there is no pressure for figure makers to deliver better work.
I mean, it's 2014. You simply shouldn't "have to" fix rigging errors or proportional errors in Photoshop anymore.
Back in the Posette days we just didn't have the technology to build realistic looking figures.
Now we have, and it's a shame we're the only part left in the CGI world so unwilling to exploit it.

(Or at least not as nice things as the other kids have)
;-)
Anyway, my point was simply to demonstrate that the only thing preventing Poser from being a "one-click Photorealism" tool is it's lack of "one-click photorealism" figures.
The technology is out there, that's all what I'm saying.
BTW, the girl used here is just one of Azyx' static props. There is only one material zone, so the texture is just plugged into diffuse.
If you want a poseable figure, you'd have to buy one of the pre-rigged MAX versions and rig it yourself in Poser.
Of course as long as the community has a general "I'll wishlist it until there is a 50% sale" and "Realism is overrated anyway" attitude, no professional company will bother creating figures that use cutting edge technology just for Poser. Not for $500 and especially not for $5.
But if we really wanted, yes, we could have that coveted "Photorealism" thing easily.
:-)

"Of course, anyone can load a photo onto a plane and then render it. It will look very convincing. lol."
If you're referring to the Axyz figures by that comment, these new figures are not simple "billboard" type "photographs", but actual 3D sculpts like the DAZ and Poser figures are.
The difference is simply that they are created via a process called photogrammetry instead of being manually sculpted.

Thread: Swapping and managing Morphs for Mil2 and Mil4 figures on a Mac | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
That's a bummer.
Sadly, as I'm using Poser on Windows, I can't really give you any qualified advice about why PP-2014 keeps crashing on your Mac.
You have the latest service release installed ?
The render settings are "reasonable" ? Using the highest settings on everything can sometimes drain all of your RAM and thus crash Poser.
But you really should open a ticket with SM's support about that, they are the only ones being able to tell you what might be going wrong.
But you could still try to open a copy of V2 with the transferred morphs in Poser 7.
I don't think the morph transfer adds anything to the figure that isn't compatible with Poser 7, too.
Thread: Swapping and managing Morphs for Mil2 and Mil4 figures on a Mac | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Glad it worked with V2.
The "Body" morph is also an ERC-morph, and it seems this built in morph transfer has problems with transferring the code.
But you can always dial the separate body part morphs to 1.0 and then spawn a new "Body" morph in Poser.
As for V4, click on the little white triangle in the right, top corner of the parameter tab to unhide all her hidden morphs.
There are hundreds of them, all ERC controlled and that seems to confuse the morph transfer.
Unlike V2 or V3, V4 is quite complicated internally.
As I said, to transfer her morphs, dial the shape you want, then spawn it as a new morph. This eliminates all the ERC stuff, turning that shape into a "real" morph.
Should be no problem transferring that morph then from one V4 to another.
Thread: Swapping and managing Morphs for Mil2 and Mil4 figures on a Mac | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Well, V4 has a lot of "fake" morphs that are not regular morphs but actually ERC -dial settings.
That could very well be the reason the transfer didn't work as expected.
Also a lot of V4 morphs are hidden by default, so perhaps the morphs did transfer, but the morphs were still hidden?
I guess the safest way with V4 is to first spawn a new full body morph of your character and then transfer THAT morph over instead of a gazillion of dial settings.
I'm pretty sure there are no such problems with V2, because all of her morphs are actual morphs and not ERC-settings.

Yep, the DONOR figure is the one containing the morphs you want to transfer.
The RECIPIENT figure is the one you want to transfer the morphs to.
So, in your case, V2 with all her morphs would be the donor, and Cleopatra the recipient.
No need for extra rooms, everything happens right in the Pose room.
Load your "Cleopatra" V2, then regular V2.
Then select Cleopatra, click on "Figure" in the menu-bar and transfer the morphs from regular V2 like described above.
Good Luck.

Seriously, Folks ?
PMDs and Morph Manager ?
;-0
He wrote he has PP-2014, so....
Load the "Donor" figure.
Load the "Recipient" figure.
Select "Recipient" figure.
Then in the menu:
Figure--> Copy Morphs From...-->Select "Donor" Figure.
Click "OK"
Select the Morphs you want to transfer.
Click "OK".
Wait 5 seconds.
Done.
(Save Recipient figure to Library so you don't have to do it again)
Well, I admit I'm on Windows, but I doubt that the Mac version of PP-2014 lacks this handy feature.
(If it does, don't bite my head off but rather blame SM for it, M'kay ?)

Import all parts of your Batmobile as props into Poser. (Give them discriptive names)
Use the Hirarchy editor to parent them in a logical order.
(Best to start with a box primitive as the "BODY" actor. Then parent the actual car body to that "BODY" prop, the doors to the car body, door windows to the doors, wheels to the car body, steering wheel to the car body, and so on...)
Check if everything is correctly parented.
SAVE THE SCENE just to be sure.
Then click "Create New Figure" in the Hirarchy editor.
Poser creates a new figure in the "New Figures" folder in your content Runtime.
Create a new scene.
Load that new figure.
Make the "BODY" primitive invisible. (You could also later remove it from the object file that Poser createdin a modelling app)
Disable "BEND" for all bodyparts. (Unless they are supposed to be flexible)
Open the Joint Editor and edit the joint centers until they fit.
(Best to use orthogonal cameras for this)

I wanted to bite the bullet and when I tried to pay with PayPal it now wants €45 TAX ON TOP OF THE €237 ????
THATS $363.00 instead of $279.99 to upgrade from poser 8 to PP-2014 ???
Sorry SM, not going to happen.

So then Smith Micro is one of the only 1.4% e-commerce buisiness who actually collect that sales tax ?
Seems there is no penalty for companys who don't do it.

Sorry, but this kind of stuff really doesn't sit well with me.

"I am about to order - but still hesitate because I am puzzled... I am ordering from Germany and this is the first time I have to pay tax."
Same here.
$279.99 upgrade should be €217 but it wants to charge €237.28 ????
