One thing I also fear is if/when Renderosity allows HTML links that those links will just take us too Spam sites.

Now that I can see the model (Thanks Steve), I'm fairly sure that if you want to apply the texture to an unaltered model, your going to have to move that top edge down just a tiny bit. That is a nice texture by the way.

I don't have this model, but it looks to me like the top edge of the model may be folded back so that it enters back into the texture. If you move the texture down just a little it may fix it.

In trying to keep an open mind. And I wanted to hear both sides of this issue. I visited the PFO and found where Willow had this to say. "Any members coming here to promote fund raising of an obvious self serving purpose will be banned and NEVER allowed back. You want to help - Make the check payable to Red Cross. I am disgusted at those wanting to make a profit from this tragedy. This is not open for discussion, I will close this statement - grief earns a far different direction then this." So it appears that Willow is also a flaming ass hole. I would consider it an honor too be banned from that place. I won't be going back again, EVER!

Yep. It all depends on what you want. Sharp is not always the best or even realistic. It is interesting to make renders at different settings and then looking at the differences. If you save the files as JPG the quality settings can can really make a difference as well. One thing I do know, is that it's a bad idea to save an image as a JPG if I want to work with it again.

I would expect the image to get sharper when scaled down? It's scaling them up where they get blurry. So my theory is to render big then scale it to a reasonable size. Anyway it seems to work for me.

Let me guess. You render at twice the size then scale it back by 50%. Or you render at 4 times the size and scale it 25%. At least this technique seems to work for me. But im a newbie. There may be a better way.

If I use Freakachu's method, will the Morphs that were with the hair still work? Or will those be lost? A method I just recently found to keep the hair from flying off is to put it where I want it, and hit lock actor.
