I was a Paint-Shop User before I was a Poser user. I saw Poser as a way to put people into my images, not the opposite. As originally conceived, Poser was a tool to provide a figure reference for traditional-media artists, sort of an 3D anatomy book with lights and moveable cameras. It is only since it gained popularity as a standalone tool that the features have been advanced to where it is today. Is there a "right way" to use Poser? No, not really. I agree wholeheartedly with Rutledge, "the final result is what counts". Poser is A tool, not the tool. Anyone who looks down on or condemns a fellow artist for doing postwork is merely inflicting his personal standards on him. In the grand scheme of things, I'd rather be called an "artist" than a "Poser artist". To categorize yourself is to limit yourself.

Try asking again, Morphy, maybe it just slipped through the cracks. When this was originally discovered, there was a huge stink, and CL explained it. I doubt that they're trying to hide something that's fairly common knowledge in the community.

I'm not a 3D modeler. I'm more of a sculptor. However, since I only do it out of pure love of art, I'll be glad to sculpt you a REAL origami boulder made from genuine paper.

Ah, I understand the reason for the images being within the TOS now. I didn't understand that people will be selling prints of their work here, I thought you were merely selling the PRINTING SERVICE, like if I wanted a print of my own work, I could order it.. I don't understand, however, why the image would have to be within the TOS if the artist ISN'T selling it. If I wanted something for my personal use, and nobody else would ever see it unless they were using my bathroom, I don't see what harm could come of printing one for me. Cafe Press is doing something similar with posters and stickers (soon), but their TOS is REALLY stringent. You can't get an image printed there at all if it contains nudity.

Will you print ANY image? I mean, will the image have to be withing the TOS, even though the only people seeing it will be the printer and the purchaser?
