I really liked the first one better. The tail of the dragon leaving the nest is what really made the picture outstanding, in my opinion. It was like showing a deadly creature briefly slipping away, leaving the glittering eggs shining on their own. Did that sound wierd? Can't explain it, but the first one was my favorite.
Thread: Cavern of Dragon Eggs WIP... Help?!? | Forum: Bryce
I think it looks amazing. Lighting and the scene it sets is just great. They can look like Dragon Eggs, but the pinkish feels a little wierd with me. Leave the picture how it is, instead of adding a fully visible dragon. It'd ruin the great mood of the picture.
Thread: OT Bush on Leviticus | Forum: Bryce
I read this a while ago, and absolutely loved it. I don't like to get into Politics, but I really hate Bush. It's not a matter of whether people of the same sex should be allowed to get married, but whether the GOVERMENT should have the right to tell us what gender our spouse should be.

Hmm, apparently I WAS Posing the shirt. Man I feel dumb. Another question... How do I move his ENTIRE body? Like, say he's too low on the Y-axis. I can't select anything but individual body parts, which is useless. How can I move him as a whole?

They look absolutely gorgeous, but I agree that they would look more realistic with a backing to it.
Thread: Making poses + conforming | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
It's not that I mind using other poses, as I did fine some good ones, but those poses are what causes the clothes (which ARE conformed to the figure) to jump off the body really wierd like in the picture. I'll try that IK thing later, hopefully that will work. Thanks.

The movie was AMAZING. Their hair simulations were fabulous, and it really showed when they were wet, and had to simulate dripping hair. There was a lot of great water scenes, which they mastered from the research for Nemo, so with all their previous developed stuff for that, it really shone. The movie itself was incredible (like the name). I highly reccomend everyone watches it.
Thread: Slightly OT: Shrek 2 DVD mastered from MPEG, not film? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I know Shrek's people (like the fairy godmother) were modeled in Maya, but 3D World's magazine said that was the extent of Maya in it. I could be remembering wrong though. One interesting thing is the special in the Extras 'The Tech of Shrek'. They talked like the audience was ignorant 8 year old, even if they did explain some stuff. They showed examples of global illumination used, talked about their translucent skin shaders, hair dynamics...
Thread: USING an Alpha Channel | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
That's exactly what I needed to know, thanks a ton. Side note: is there a way to export Poser animations as PSD frames, so I can load the PSDs in another file as a video?

Completly awesome, thanks for going out of your way to upload screen captures. I'll definitely work off this. Is there a good way to make it glow? I'm thinking of squishing a light and making it visible, but if anyone knows a better way...

Both of them look fantastic. Although what really made the picture shine (the first one) is the ball's wonderful reflection. It looks so perfectly.. perfect. It it using an HDRI/LDRI, or just regular reflection? And the toothbrush is outstanding. I'm really impressed.

It's an INCREDIBLE learning tool. Especially if you're just starting out. Sure you can't save and there's watermarks, but its Learning Edition, made for you to LEARN. Although don't pay for it. You can just pay $15 for one of those Magazines, which contain it on the CD. I've seen 2 or 3 with them on the cover CD. I think the PLE is a great tool, because you can use it unlimited to learn, instead of being able to show off amateurish practice renders.

It looks incredible, awesome awesome. I love how the tree's shadows fall on the ground, it really makes the look. Great texturing.
