Does Hallmark ever have the story of the innocent country bumpkin who goes to the city, against their will, and learns to expand their horizons?
Or the story of the country bumpkin who yearns for something more in the city, has a chance to go there, only to learn that country life is just fine?
BTW, minus the animals the plot has been done all over the place. It was done, for example, on Andy Griffith at least twice.

The idea of applying the before mirror and after mirror morphs is a good one. The only problem is that I've installed the FaceShop 3.5 trial on three computers, and on all three the mirror step does nothing. After the face and texture are saved both as a .fac and exported as .obj, I press either mirror button. It thinks for a second (the progress bar appears and finishes) but nothing happens to the model.
Thread: How do you do postwork/touch-up in Photoshop? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I really don't understand how layers work in Photoshop. When I use multiple layers, only the top layer is visible. If I try to play with opacity, I can make the top layer more transparent and wispy, but can't blend layers to make them both very sharp and clear.
What's the skinny on layers?

Great tutorial but I can't follow it. #1, in FaceShop 3.5 none of the buttons or options match what the tutorial mentions. For example there is no color button. #2, I can't resize and move windows or zoom or pan. As soon as I do any of that points become undoable, there's a beep when I click to add a point. The only way to fix it is to go BACK and restart. This happens on three computers on which FS 3.5 has been installed. #3, I can't edit points. I click on them, but nothing happens.

Can someone do a step by step on getting the frankenstein looking output from FaceShop to the way these renders look? People usually say: - carefully follow the steps in Faceshop Result is a textured head that doesn't match the body. - do (unspecified) post work - here's the great looking render/image

PhilC likes to give advice that this tool or that tool is your friend in Poser. But currently, in my opinion, the most useful feature in Poser is PhilC.

The reason they quit is drama. Some people thrive on drama, even though it destroys them. Look at her explanation of losing weight. She can't just eat less and excercise more, she has to buy 12 DVDs and books and diets. When your life is like a roller coaster, you're on a ride rather than in control. Don't be fooled into thinking the high highs, the periods of uncontrollable joy are good, because those are just the rides up to the crest where the fall begins.
Thread: Woeful Instructions and Lack of Morphs...Poser addons | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Morph Magic does a great job of importing character morphs to clothing. PhilC's Wardrobe Wizard does a great job of converting clothing to morphed characters. I agree instructions are sparse. I don't know about most purchased items, because I go for the free stuff so as not to spend a lot of money. I'd expect pretty thorough instructions on a commercial product.

PhilC is also the wizard of helping people. If there's ever a question about one of his products, or about Poser in general, PhilC takes time to figure it out and give an answer.

Changing the joint names isn't that difficult. I've done it in a few BVH files and the result isn't bad.

Someone mentioned the shadows. The shadow on the girl is behind her, while the shadows on the trees are in front of them, the opposite direction.
A little care with lights and shadow would make the pic a lot better.
I still think it looks terrific and hope I can do as well some day.
