Thread: How to blur the foreground of an image? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Only thing i don't like about the depth of field in Poser is that botchy effect with the blurring.

Thread: Need the 411 on P6 Animation | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
first always keep backups of your animation incase things go wrong. If you don't want a second part of your animation to bleed into the first i found that if you finish off the first part ie the talking then select the character (that needs to walk away) and all of its frames that are in the first part of the animation then Keyframe them all. this sets all the frames for that character and the first part of the animation to a locked setting. then you can use walkdesigner or whatever else you want to start after the first part of the animation without it bleeding into the previous. As yet i have dabbled with spline break, but this doesn't alway do what you want. Ohhh do not add both bits of the animation then keyframe the first part as this will do nothing to correct the problem. there must only be the first part of the animation there, then keyframe, then add the next part of the animation. Hope that's of some help.

I too have had no problems with V3 but the memory problem... Jeese, im begining to think that CL don't know how memory works, ok P5 worked ok, but it still had glitches, but this P6... i can't even render one GIRL figure with a V3 texture with a texture resolution set to 4096 without the memory warning appearing, now thats "shite".... P5 could do that and more and even have time to make me a coffee. But that all and said P6 is miles better than P5 tis just a shame about the memory bug, But what software comes without hiccups???? So is it worth it??? HELL YES... and people who say,"im glad i didn't buy it", well you don't know what your missing, the bugs will be sorted.

Thread: GIRL Martial Arts Animation Pack WIP #3 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Cool anims, and i wish more people would create stuff for the GIRL as she is a mite underused, that and i have just started a little animation with the GIRL and mocap(ing) data to her for her movement...

Thread: Incompatibility between The Tailor and Poser 6 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
well i suppose that something had to happen with P6 and software that reads CR2'2, i just hope there will be a fix for it soon as i use Tailor alot. Has anyone tried loading the CR2 from P6 into P5 then ReSaving the CR2 so that Tailor can read it? hope that helps...

Thread: Calculating drape before calculating simulation...why bother? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
as far as i can tell there is no difference in P6 to the P5 cloth room, both tend to hang frequently when creating cloth for use in animations, I did find however that having the figure in the zero pose for 10 frames and using the "drape from zero pose" option enabled creates a more stable cloth sim, but as yet the dresses still quit out part way into the anim, all i can say is that it would have been nice for P6 to have had something that told you why it stops and where to correct, but i think i will have to wait until P7 or P8.

Thread: Dynamic Clothing Problem - Poser 6 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
i have had many problems with P5 and P6 in the cloth room, sadly i was expecting some sort of upgrade to the cloth room in Poser6 to tell you why the simulation went wrong and why it stopped but no,as well as if the cloth gets pinched it remains pinned to the body and does not stop the sim, but i suppose i will have to wait until poser7 or poser8 before we get an overhaul of the cloth room that will make it more viable in animation.
