Corrie was a nice and kind person and always alert to newly inserted images. Humorous and amiable in her comments. Miss you Corrie, glad you were there.

I had quite a search to find this forum section. The vote was also difficult. but now I'm here, winners, well deserved with in retrospect a difficult topic .. I'm curious again to a new theme.

Thank you for your vote for my entry. ingratitude the small number of entrants, I think it would be nice to win the first place. I'm still happy with it. It was still a difficult issue, even I had trouble wiht it. I see again all famous names in the winners list. Congratulations to you all. but also for the others who had the courage to think to this appropriate image. I hope the next issue is going to get more entries. I would therefore think of a more accessible theme. If you look at my last entry in the gallery, I do think there's a nice theme in it. Maybe Badsue has a nice idea, but it looks like we have some time to think about it.
Happy Fractaling!

That is something else. Danger, menace?
The world we live in? or what we make of it?
Perhaps this theme sets us thinking.
My head is filled with dark clouds when I see the news, something has to be done. I feel something creative must come. I'm going to do my best. See ya

I have some art books from him, l following his work for Alien, of which I own the nine DVD box. An exceptionally great artist. Pity to lose him. But in his work, he will survive.

So Mies, here you are with your good behavior. It could not be otherwise, but there is only one who was able to win, simply because I had voted on you. A beautiful result which ibrought the theme so very well into the picture. A real winner, again, but very well deserved! Think of something exciting for the next topic, but that is entrusted to you!
Hats off, Congrats Mies and Sue! who also had an awesome beautiful picture.

I'm born in 1935 and from 2002 a fairly active participant in various disciplines. Mostly Fractaling and reshaping. Only in recent years, with fewer possibilities. Therefore my few comments on Rendo. Read my poem below why. I want to stay a happy RR fan. Cornelis (roc serum)It goes well
I feel ants in my fingertips
lightning through my hand
notice that both my soles
are filled with sliding sand
both wrists are entwined
with sharp barbed wire
and sometimes if I walk
my feet stumble in the mire
because my feet hung limply
two ankles weak as clay
and the clamps to my calves
crawling slowly to my thigh
I fear my muscles in the night
legs suddenly shoot straight
the cramps who I not expect
they are painfully unquie
but as you read above
writing is pretty good
reading paint computing
I’m in a happy mood
I work as a volunteer
do several kinds of jobs
things I really like
despite my physical stuff
cooking is done for me
my bed is prepared
against all the trouble
I get excellent cared
surrounded with care
any commitment is top
but extras will be less
as reserves goes stop
but know when you add up
this whole stream of thought
I still say do not worry
everything goes quite good

It is always nice to be chosen as the winner. Thanks for the voters. I'm still happy with my election, a broad smile on my face, thank you all. The theme, a bird in the hand, was this time may be hard to portray why probably somewhat less entries. I thought the other two winners were also chosen before. Mies and Karel also congratulated. I still have to think about the new theme. I let you know soon, Sincerely, Roc Serum (Cornelis)Thread: June/July Themed Challenge for Fractals | Forum: Fractals
