Nope, not resolved. Not a peep either from Rendo tech to resolved the issue. Not a browser issue--tried 3 different browsers.ÂI'm having the same problem--converted rewards points to a gift cert, hit the plus and selected the number of the cert--but then the processing order just spins. At least it doesn't kill the certificate, but the sale doesn't resolve.
/I hope Goldie's issue was resolved!

They are listed in "gifts." I did get a batch awhile ago, but still many missing items, such as some CWRW items. I did download all my purchases before HW closed, but would like to get any updates that might be available overtime...that's why the transfer is important AFAIAC.

I use a program called Mail Washer. I can read my email before it gets into my computer--delete the ones that are suspicious or simply don't want/need on my computer. I highly recommend it. Regardless how one handles their email, a good practice is to NEVER click on links in any hincky email.

Well, only the only Ebot and it was for one image that was uploaded on 6/15. So I'm not going to stop holding my breath...
They made some changes in the Gallery Upload page and that was when things went sideways.

That's because it expired at 11:59pm CST on Friday, 12/4/20. I know, weird since they announced it the day before, or at least that's when I got the email with the announcement in it.
Well, that's weird, because it was last night that I tried to use it. The site is so FUBAR since they started diddling with it.
