The garment I made for L'homme was constructed uniquely for the character in 3D Coat as an obj. I have done other garments for Paul and the new Neo character without this problem.
Yes, have used both zero and not zero when making conforming clothes for L'homme. But your suggestion of copying joint zones does feel familiar with the thread, I couldn't find.
Thank you, I will try :)

Thread: Unleash Your Creativity with Poser 13's New Features and Tools | Forum: Poser 13
Hello.
I purchased Poser 13 last week. It seems to be running fine so far.
I use an NVIDIA 1650 card, and can see already that the SuperFly renders are much faster than version 12. What's it going to be like when I go buy a bigger card.
Poser 13. Yes, I like itย :}

Thread: Not getting great results with converting Paul suit to L'Homme | Forum: Poser 12
Thank you all. This thread has answered a lot of questions with regard to making clothing for L'homme.
A boiler suit I am working on for L'homme now fits without the ballooning neck and shoulders. A project I thought I was going to have to abandon until I read this thread. So thank you all, and thank you infinity 10 for bringing the problem to note.

Thread: new figures nova and neo - do they have clothes and morphs | Forum: Poser 12
I like Nova & Neo, despite the extra limb parts and two necks they are quite easy to manipulate. Made a T-shirt and magazine belt for nova. Not much trouble with poke through, fitted well. Marvellous :)

Thread: 2d image for backgrounds | Forum: Poser 12

Tried it with different sized images, but all were similar wide screen image sizes.
The one in the picture was 2400 x 1350. I also used a 1200 x 500 and got the same result.
I would say I was using correlation with image ratios without knowing it. But it's a good point you make. Knowing how I did it would help the next time.

Thread: 2d image for backgrounds | Forum: Poser 12
Had some success with backgrounds, trial and error really. I have no idea how I got it cracked, but it works.
Here is the result in some pictures.
First is the background image loaded with the default Poser settings.
The next one, I guess that the image is sort of wide screen shaped, so I stretched it two and a half times in the U_Scale settings.
After watching the image disappear from left to right on the screen, I decided to give it a minus coordinate and there it was 'all correct'.
Didn't mess with after that, so there maybe there are more options with minus coordinates.
Hope it helps.

Thread: Any Poser 12 users on Windows 7? | Forum: Poser 12
Hello, and thanks bwldrd. I registered and logged in. Apparently I haven't purchased anything.
So, back to the win 7 Pro conundrums. I started a link about the same problems on Christmas Eve, 2020. Not sure if it actually started the ball rolling, but there were many win 7 Pro users having the same issues back then as well. The outcome was not really a fix, but more of a bodge to open up a download page for the included content for us Win 7 users. The general synopsis was 'No Windows 10, No backstage pass.
Here is the thread.
Poser 12 and the Included Content download error

Thread: Any Poser 12 users on Windows 7? | Forum: Poser 12
I also ran on Windows 7 Pro with the same problems right up until recently. It seems that when Microsnot dropped their support for Win 7 the poser tech folk washed their hands of it as well. My support help went to a deathly silence when they realised I was courting Win 7 Pro. I had to upgrade to Microplop version 10 for the techies to start talking to me again.
And now, i have a third tab entitled 'PoserSoftware'?? and guess what.. I can't get in??
Marvellous :)

Thread: Question about Poser 12 Multiple Installations | Forum: Poser 12
Hello. So far i have done eight re-installs with Poser 12, all having to enter in the serial number back in. I have been assured by the tech people that even if the Poser 12 trial version goes over its 30 day time period, the serial key is still valid and will still give me my full version of Poser. I am sure this applies to new hard drives as well. Hope it helps. Pat :)
