Please, don't be like me and be a total stranger for months at a time. :) I have appreciated your work and the work of the team. In the bananas lifestyle some of us seem to lead, this is a nice "home" to come back to from time to time. This is a great forum, and I'm just now encouraging my daughter, a budding photographer and designer to become involved. In this effort, I have come to realize I'm almost never able to sit and enjoy Renderosity anymore. I hope to begin rectifying that somewhat. It'll be a comfort to know you're there, even if it's in the background, Kort.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell the gang how very much I appreciate the LWITG. It is a highlight of my Monday morning to look at what they've picked and try to discern what their theme/category may kind of be that week.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Our prayers are with you. As the cafe crowd appeared to show, we're all too caught up in our day-to-day junk sometimes to offer a simple kindness to someone in pain. I'm gratified to know that, at least here at Renderosity, we can still see it within ourselves to care about others.
I wish I had more words of comfort, but there just isn't a magic phrase for the kind of pain and loss you're feeling. Know that I will continue to pray for you. God is the God of more than enough, so He can comfort when we are helpless.
On a personal note, thank you for sharing your loss with us. Even though our words are inadequate, I am glad that you'd trust us with your personal feelings.

It is for a T-shirt. White will work better in this case for that. I got this to them so they could do their work on the T-shirt.
If I were to do a rendering, I would have chosen a different background altogether, so I agree with you.
As far as the brushes, stamps, etc., that is the first I've heard about this, but I can't say it surprises me. Thanks for the input.:)

I didn't want to hijack this thread, so here is where you can find the Cardiac Rehab heart-guy.Those of you who looked at my collage, above, will probably catch the fact that I stole the arms, hands and shoes (kind of my trademark, actually, on the shoes) from the smoke alarm character.
Sometimes you just have to grab what you can get to meet deadlines, and I'd promised the Cardiac Rehab a character by today.
Anyway, the thread is at the attached URL, if you didn't see it on today's board.

I like it. Rendering is not a problem for you, so that is good. Once you really get the hang of Wings, you'll find it a super tool to have.
