Subject: Poser 8 DVD
Believable3D reported the same issue: ordered Thursday morning with next day shipping, but not received yet. I noticed there was something that said the DVD would not be available for 2 weeks or so, which makes charging for fast shipping a bit of a nonsense.

Did anyone find out aboutthe DVD upgrades shipping? My order went from Authorized to Captured but my CC was not charged as of yet.

Mine shipped 8/6 and is scheduled to be here the 12. So much for 2 day shipping guess 4 days means 2 at UPS. So far between Smith Micro and UPS this isn't proving to be a great experience. Hope it's worth it. And if i have any problems with the DVD's Smith Micro will be getting a real earful from me. So far in every problem i had their support has been less than satisfactory. .
depending on what company is doing the delivery (UPS etc) they don't deliver on the weekend. So 2 day ordered on Thursday would not arrive until monday and Friday orders won't be until Tuesday. It kinda sucks.

Yup. Ordered mine 8/7 and it's still in "captured" status at CP. Should have gone digital...I'd be rendering already! That'll teach me.
i7 6800 (6 core/12 thread), 24 GB RAM, 1 gtx 1080 ti (8GB Vram) + 1 Titan X (12GB Vram), PP11, Octane/Poser plugin, and a partridge in a pear tree.

I just found out my 2 day UPS P8 ordered on 8/4 was shipped on 8/6 UPS GROUND, due to arrive tomorrow.

I contacted SM this morning and asked for a refund on my shipping cost because of the delay and received this
"Unfortunately the day you order was processed there was a technical issue which prevented the system from recognizing the 2 day shipping terms. Your order was not shipped by 2 day service. A credit for the shipping charges will be posted to your aaount within 7-10 business days. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your continued patience."
mine will also be delivered tomorrow, finally!

Has anyone else ordered the DVD ? I ordered mine Thursday morning 5:00 AM with 2 day shipping It's now Saturday 6:00 PM and chargers are still pending on my credit card so i assume they haven't shipped it yet. None too happy at this point with Smith Micro.E-mailed them Thursday afternoon hoping to get some information an d all i got was the order had been placed, how hard can it be to ship a DVD.
