Kawecki my friend, violence is never a blessing. How anyone might construe that inference from what I wrote is baffling.
 Archdruid, this is neither a political or a religious issue...it's a matter of human compassion and simple decency. Someone who is a generous, kind, helpful memeber of this forum is living in the midst of a deadly maelstrom that appears to be approaching critical mass. My only intention was to offer my sincere and fervent support for him and his family, while soliciting the similar wishes of those who understand and sympathize with that position.
There's no reason to make something so simple a matter of fractious controversy. Politics have absolutely nothing to do with it. If you cannot percieve that, then you have my sympathy.
And no, I don't think you're a bad guy.

There are certain names in the world of 3D modeling that carry a cachet of dependable quality. JHoagland is among that select group. If it bears the Hoagland signature, you can be sure it's excellent. I have never seen an exception.

I simply don't care for the models. They seem crude, unfinished and completely out of proportion, especially the hands, heads, and feet. I believe this holds true for every Poser format child character released to date. I don't suppose the situation will improve unless Antom decides to release something in this age group. His eye for human proportions is superb.

I have done, and the results are the same. Every permutaion of texture application I have tried so far fails. whether I apply the P4 base tex first ot the other way round.

Farside, that's exactly the sort of thing, along with the increasing risks of account hacking, that worries me. Maybe I'm just turning into a paranoid. Thanks for the information.
In future, I'm convinced that the only safe method of payment is going to be a snail mail U.S. postal money order. I think DAZ and Rendo both accept those as payment, God help me.
But I'll sure sleep better at night.

I very much appreciate the responses from everyone. If you ever take time to read the back pages of your newspaper, then I'm sure you're familiar with the stories that have been surfacing lately regarding government sponsored Mideastern and Chinese hackers making tentative forays into western banking databases. Seems they may have plans for a massive attack. That scares me. We could all be wiped out financially in a heartbeat.

I'm constantly amazed at the effects talented Poser artists can achieve when they put their minds to it. I own most every 3D program made for the pc, but it seems I wlways return to the use of Poser for most of my projects.
I'd love to see some posted renders of that model when the owners have a chance.
