hmm .. she's no longer on his download page .. and actually i was developing this armour to be a for sle item for posset .. (though i'm not sure what kind of sales i'll acually get) oh well .. thanks wizzard and Bloodsong ... btw turning off ik actually made it worse .. not sure why .. i think it's just the way her butt's made myself ..

no. when in the default pose i don't get this .. but any time i move her legs her hip streatches. I thought maybe if i made the hip pice separate and then added the thigh flaps it might not do it ... but even with out the flaps it does it ...

well beofe i decided to say yeah i'll show up or no i can't it would be kinda nice to know when it would be ... sorry my life is a little on the crazy side but i'd love to meat the people here in ft. worth/dallas area.

try not exporting with the texture. take it into uvmapper and get a texture map from there tthen apply yur current map to the new one. poser like maps from uv mapper .. other than that no idea.. it takes my system 5 minutes to load 3ds max so i won't touch it yet...

ok make the mountains really really really big and put them way far back.. sometimes setting the haze at about 3 or adding a little fog helps.. but usually if you make the thing monstroulsy huge and move it way way far back it will come out ok.. as for the shape .. can't help ya much there.. i just keep hitting fractal till i find something descent or just use what bryce gives me automatically..

ok i miss counted :) miscounted badly ... castle is 423 objects.. gues it works better when you count all the objects in all the groups lol i was playing with it and ungrouped all thew grooups so i could get a correct object count.

73 objects in the castle alone.. all primitives.. the tops are supposed to be gold/brass.. and i'm wondering if i'll ever be finnished myself :) br4 file is 40mb and growing. i did one of the final renderings now i'm going to swing camera around and up, and pull back a ways so i can get a shot of the whole thing. whgich will involve me adding more landscaping all around the castle.. my pc is hating me so badly :)

for a newbie you're biting off a big chunk :) and i admire your ambition. can;t really help with the modling aspect as i'm more into interiors and fantasy landscapes however i do most of my modling in bryce using primitives and it takes a lot of patence and time... definately learn the ins and outs of boolean rendering and grouping it will healp you in your quest.

on a pc it will automatically take the memory that it needs. and then some.. it starts using your hdd free space as virtual memory and man can it use up ram... i have 256megs in my machine and it never fails bryce uses all my ram and continues eating till it has my hard drive crying too :)

So many people so little time ... well i'll start with one of my favorite artists.. Verdie- always has great mats for me to borrow even when i don't actually use them it's nice to look at them for ideas, she's always helpfull and her work is awesome.. CraiGrafx- Once again another awesome artist and one for the guys i do a search for to see if theres anything new up :) lon and dean chainey - (god i hope i spelled that right) These guys make me think .. and their work is always flawless and stunning.. there's just too many here to list them all..
