I think Zbrush is the best. I used a combination of Zbrush and Poser magnets for all the V3 ethnic morphs and MilCat morphs. There are tutorials but I can't remember where they are. Just rememeber that the best morphs are never used at full strength. Try making two or three seperate morphs for what you want and then mix them. Example: Say you are making a Cher morph. 1) Make three sperate and unique attempts. 2) Load them in poser and set each to .333 each. 3) Use that as your final morph. That way you get the best of all and soften the extremities of each. Merry Xmas, Anton

And I would love to ask about my changing ponytail being reworked.. Funny. It was good enough to copy, but not credit. Those Daz people are just soo nice and friendly. I am sure I will get the standard issue "it was another innocent fuck up" apology. That methods seems to work great for them.

Something Dark Whisper fails to mention is that everyone has different contracts. Obviously he can only speak for his own contracts. My brokered products where sold to Daz as completed products. They where not sold to Daz as development tools, resource kits, or otherwise. When I sold my items to Daz, Dan Farr assured me that they would not hack my stuff. In the quest to fund projects, they have since changed their minds. Personally I would never rework another artists work, unsure of the specifics. AFterall, Daz can tell you anything if you are always assuming they are telling you the truth. Think of all the mistakes they make. Do you really think that doesn't extend to documents, agreements, etc.

The galleries aren't really great for criticism, only cuz most people post their stuff to show it off. Depite the rendo box/text I don't think many artists post for critiques. Carolly Thanks for the heads up. My name should be still listed as creator as was our agreement. I tried contacting them and they ignored my requests to have my name restored dispite our agreement. Because of the popularity of the items I made, while a contractor, Daz decided to only credit themselves. Incidently, they assured my they wouuldn't reverse enginneet my brokered items I sold them. So instead they got DarkWhisper to do it for them. Just like they got Stonemason to reverse engineer the playsets for that milEnviornment thing and then all those cloak off-shoots. I personally would never sell anything to Daz If I could go back and do things differently. What they say on the phone and remember later are often very different things. I found them fickle in keeping promises. Thanks for the heads up.

Hi there, Most Daz items that use bodyhandles have P4 MAT files to hide and unhide them. I made alot of them, but can't speak for newer items. If the material name for the bodyhandles is still being used consitantly, you can copy the on/off Mats into other folders and use them on newer items too as long as the material name matches. Greetings, I have been offline for the summer while restoring a Historic home I bought in Maine earlier this year. Also my father passed away this past Spring. I always find people's take on events interesting. For the record my beef with Daz was over ethical issues I felt the community needed to be aware of. The community decided it didn't care so much and after a few tangles with some of our more colorful cummunity members, I decided the community at large can take care of itself. I have been busy this summer traveling, restoring my new home, and settling my father's affairs. I have enjoyed being offline most of this year. This has nothing to do with the comminity at large who I love very much. I hope to be back this winter at least part time. Rumors of exile, burn out, pouting, etc, are rediculous and speculative. Though I did want to warn the community at large of things I felt important, I do respect that most don't care or belive. And that is ok. I said what I had to at the time and and glad I did. But those events are in the past and no longer matter, to me anyway. I have just been doing other this this summer as I mentioned above. Sorry for the massive OT. Hope eveyone is well and stays well. PS: You can use it as a branch and assemble custom trees.

Daz has a Python script that does this. ASk them. Maybe they will make it a freebie.
