Nope. The render appears the same as the previews -- one little square in the corner, no tiling.
It just seems weird that in every Blender Cycles discussion about this, it's all "what you need to do is change the scale and the image automatically tiles", but Poser Cycles doesn't do it.

This is awesome content, even for someone who's been using Poser since P3. This stuff doesn't get explained well enough, and I've just always gone by feel with the settings...now I know why a lot of things work why they do. Thanks!
Thread: Running Poser from a Thumb Drive | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thread arise. Maybe what we're talking about is a portable Poser installation; i.e. install Poser on a thumbdrive and run it from there in any computer.
Although this sounds kind of ridiculous -- especially based on most of our runtime sizes -- it's not. There's 128 GB (!) sticks out there. I use a couple of 32 GB sticks as backups.Â
I'm sure this conversation has come up before but I'm just randomly browsing and this thread caught my eye.

Thread: Some FMB's on V4 stop affecting the hip. Any fix? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
This problem happens to me and it stinks. It generally happens in complex scenes with more than one figure and morph sets. Basically, the body morphs on the hip stop working. You spin the dials, nothing happens. I have no idea why this happens.Â
BUT -- have you tried actually going into the hip and using the morph directly from there? This usually works for me. It's trickier to track and more time consuming to go to the target geometry to do your morph rather than just spinning the dial on the figure, but at this point I'm usually at the end of posing and I'm not up to reloading or rebuilding the figure :

Thread: Stupid, I know, but how do you magnetize clothing for better fit? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Nine times out of ten, you'll be using this procedure:
Â
Load the base figure and all of its morphs. Assume Vickie 4 here.
Make sure the base figure is selected.
Load in the clothing prop. Load in its morph poses, if any.
Click the clothing prop, make sure its body is selected.
Apply one of the Vickie 4 magnetize clothing poses. There's more than one pose because you have to use a different magenetize pose for each piece of clothing.
Then conform the clothing to the base figure.
That should do it.

Thread: Single-axis scaling and V4? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks for the responses, everyone. I've gone with the Morphs++ leg dial, along with some Y-axis scaling work on the abdomen (Lesbentley's unlocker), and I've gotten results I'm happy with. Manually monkeying around with the clothes is no big deal either; I think we're all used to that in even normal times.

Thanks, folks. I'll look at these solutions since they appear to be exactly what I'm looking for. Then again, I may just go the lazy route and grab the V4 "shape of a woman" addon for $15 over at daz3d LOL.

I'd like to know myself. And I certainly would love to be able to even redownload her... clicking on "Order History" doesn't bring up anything at all. SM's storefront is terrible :(

Thread: Poll--I still use V3 alot? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
V3 is my primary female figure, because I've purchased a ton of stuff for her, including content that fixes her "problems" (i.e. Corvas' fixes). It also helps that I've been using the V3 model for years and years and can work around her idiosyncracies.
There is the complaint that most of her clothes don't have all of her morphs, but there are various and sundry (and cheap) clothing morph movers including one here that work well.
Thread: !!! WARNING !!! for Scharmers | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Not to rejoin the subject, but this reminds me of a Discovery channel thing I saw on an English lady who absolutely refused to make right turns in her car. She would plan out routes and go miles out of her way to avoid making a right turn. The best part was the lady's little girl saying on camera, "Mummy's driving is rubbish," with Dad sitting there smirking, until the little girl mentioned that "Dad loves mum's trips since he can football in his pajamas cuz she's gone so long". --scharmers

Thread: !!! WARNING !!! for Scharmers | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
None of this matters anyway, now -- Tripod got offended at SOMETHING on my site (funny; it contained no nudity, no warez, and the .MP3s on there were noncommercial remixes of music from a game that has been out of print for six years...hmmm...) and nuked it. I got it back up again (thanks to namezero redir and another TP account) but I think I'm out of the character business (other than for my own use and in images). Oh well. Trying to provide a nicely put-together figure for the Poser Community was far, far more trouble than it's worth. You've got self-righteous nitwits like PJF (who, based on searches, has never contributed ANYTHING here in the Gallery or Freestuff), and people who are quick to quote copyright law when its obvious that their stuff is a reworked scan of a commercial photograph, something based on other copyrighted materials ("Star Wars" characters, anyone, etc.?), etc. I was happier lurking, that's for sure. --Scharmers
Thread: !!! WARNING !!! for Scharmers | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
"Personally, I'm surprised and disappointed that this community was so silent when one of its best contributors cried out." That is because people are more mature than you, PJF. Instead of hysterically freaking out like a two-year old crying over a missing toy, Kozaburo didn't "cry out". He didn't ask for forum condemnation. He said (in essence) -- "What the Hell? Fix that crap, Scharmers!" Pretty mature stuff. No hysteronics, no tattle-tale attitude, just a simple, to the point request. And, holy cats, it worked. It did not take a forum full of teachers slapping my wrist with rulers to fix the situation. It took one mature guy. Saying, "don't do that." With another mature guy saying, "got it. The problem is fixed." Wow. That's all it takes. Something to learn from, PJF. --scharmers
