How much space...humm...high-end models including texture maps...humm...lets say at a minimal of 1mb per model. You know, Its really a shame that Eovia hasn't thought of hosting models built with their products. --Ashley3D

Nice design...what is it? Before reading your comment, I thought it was some sort of muscle stimulation device. Then I looked again and the green section kind of looks like a cockpit. Which would make the white tube on the bottom a missile. Then again it looks like a shockstik that attached to the forearm. Yeah, I would have to agree with AzChip. Add shaders (texture mapping) to define the shape. And Pistola, when your done please post your final version.

brenthomer, I'm running a dual P4 1800, Win2000 sp2 1.5gig RAM with nVidia card. So far I haven't seen anything that has prevented me from saving a file. "Knock on wood I don't" but, I have had funky memory problems. Usually the problem would effect the whole program. Removing shaders or curser mismatch. The work-around I use is to save often or even reboot Carrara giving back the memory. Hope this will help --Ashley3D

Okay, it was all done with Spline modeling using Boolean on some pieces, like the cockpit. The vertex model and I always have problems. --Ashley3D

Thanks for the kind words. I modeled it from three different source books. "The Star Wars Archieves" "Art of Star Wars" and "Ther Essential Guide to Vehicles". There are as far as I can tell three different Snowspeeder models used during shooting and none were alike. The paint job is based off the Action Fleet toy. Currently I'm working the AT-AT and there are two different versions to. The difference is in the lower legs. --Ashley3D
