For Bigger images (800 by 800) at Content Paradise, just click on the Image on the Product Page and it should open up bigger in a separate Window.
When a product has multiple images (smaller thumbs to the right of the main promo image) just click on each of those to change the Main Image to that image and click again to change that in the Preview Window.

If you feel you were not treated respectablly or professionally, contact support and ask for a Supervisor or Manager.
I can say that Poser 7 should be pretty stable with the final Service Release installed. The same for Poser Pro (there is no P7 Pro product)
This does not mean that either program will work with newer software than what it was designed for. (Poser fusion does not support newer versions of the Host Applications is the main example)

I sent you a Site Mail...

Thread: Talk Designer unsupported files | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
You can create them manually as well. Take a look at one of the files. The issue is having the morphs in the figure to support the talk. You can fake it with out having all of them, but you need some various mouth morphs on the figure. Tongue Morphs add more realism to the results. (eye blink, etc.. also can be set up)

Thread: ATI HD 5770 Windows 7 64bit Poser Pro | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Not sure if this will fix this issue.. This sounds like an old issue with older ATI Cards and the fix was to edit the Poser ini so
Preview_OGL_BBOXPICKING was set to 1
Contact Support with your details and the results of this so the Project Team can get with ATI to address this issue again.
Thanks

I would do the normal troubleshooting suggestions (remove Preferences, make sure everything is up to date, etc...) If that does not resolve the issue, contact Support.

Thread: Problem with option delete figure in Poserpro 2010 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
The White Screen indicates that the Operating System shut the Program down. There should be a Report. If you contact Support with the details, we may be able to tell you what is happening..
Note: the clicking twice will sometimes cause the OS to think something is wrong, Poser was most likely doing the delete (creating the undo) after the first click and the second click led to the OS shutting the program down. You may need to remove your Prefences if this happens to prevent the issue from being encountered again and again.
Some things to try if this does happen is check your undo count in Preferences. Pay attention if it is specific content or if the figure has specific morphs added. I encountered a Prop that had an error, that left some ghosts when you deleted. This prop would sometimes crash Poser when deleting. I suspect because of the data that got left behind. The Vendor fixed the item once it was discovered and they were notified.

You should be able to if it is Conforming Clothing. Just add the new clothing after deleting the old clothing and Conform to the figure.

Thread: What is the future of dynamic clothing in Poser? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
If you are getting Clothing tearing apart (Mesh breaking) that is an issue with the Cloth Prop. You can twist, bend, etc... without issue.
I suspect if you had some real odd Cloth Settings, you might ba able to create severe kinks in the cloth.
If you have an example of this issue, contact Support (or post it here). I am betting that if it is not the cloth Prop, it is severe Cloth Settings.
With regards to enhancements, contact Support with changes or additions you would like to see.

Have not seen that. If you can not figure out why it is happening, contact Support. You can even put Attn John in the Subject and I should be able to respond the same business day.

Thread: The Dials Column Won't Go All the Way Down | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I am not sure if I am understanding the cause... I suspect the issue is the Tool Bar is taller than you window, so scrolling will not bring up the bottom of the Dials. I had this happen with Access once and had to increase the Screen Resolution so I could resize the window up and down.
For Poser, Resetting Preferences would fix this or Launching to Factory State should as well.
If the Window is growing on its own, contact Support with the details of how to reproduce that. It should not grow on its own.

You can make the Ground invisible. (Select the ground and go to the properties and uncheck visible, visible in Raytrace, etc... )

Thread: Poser 8 Acting Weird - Could it be Windows7? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
whbos... some of these have been addressed here, but you mentioned an issue with either too big or too small. Is this because of your Monitor, Graphics Card, or some other factor. I have Windows 7 on three different machines and all are very adjustable on my 22 and 24 in monitors. The Laptop also has several options for the 17 WS Monitor
If it is realestate issues, you might consider a second Monitor if your card supports it. I do that with the Laptop, just because I hate minimizing things to do something else.
The undo should put it back, unless the item had been corrupted before deleting. I noticed this when in past versions (if you move the figure by the Hip, instead of Body was one I think that will cause it everytime)
Quote - 1. Hierarchy Editor: Changing names within it will cause a loop where you have to keep clicking okay. The only way out is to reboot system. Sometimes I get a white screen and it will close on it's own, usually by way of Murphy's Law if I didn't save it.
Those that experience this and can duplicate, please contact Support with the details.
Quote - 2. Export Renders: When trying to export a render, it re-renders. This has just started and I'm thinking since it never did it before, this is related to a recent Win7 update. I've had numerous problems with Win7 updates
If you are getting a Rerendering when using the Tear Off or the Export Image from the Workspace Menu, then something is messed up with your install.
Quote - 3. The Library doesn't refresh if you update an item, but will if you add something new. To refresh, I have to click on another folder then go back to the other one.
I think this has to do with Indexing. I have it off, so if I add something new, I need to select the Folder or Library and click the Refresh to see the new items. I do not have this issue with updating items... at least not that I have noticed. I would be interested in seeing your steps you are taking. I am not sure it is something that can be addressed, but I can report it to the project team.
Quote - 4. Poses: When applying poses to a character in a scene, the pose will put the figure at the zero location. With purchased poses, I'm thinking the creator put code in to zero the position. Ones I've created myself where I don't zero the position also does it. I never had any problems with this in Win XP. This is very annoying when working with large scenes which I usually do.
There was a tool to fix poses with this issue (they included Translation Data in the Pose) Someone may know what tool it was.
Quote - 5. Editing Toolbar: I know this has been mentioned before, but why won't Poser 8 remember that my default setting when opening Poser is to have the Translate/Pull icon selected and not Rotate. I could close this toolbar if they would fix this because I generally only use Translate.
Poser never remembered the Tool.. Translate Tool was the old default, Rotate is the new default. There has been an enhancement request to add Tool Selection to Preferences.
