Hi, 2nd notice as mine has not been resolved - 2 purchased items and the Poser item grab bag are only ones shown in this purchase...No ticket needed.
Those should all be fixed now. Please check the order you placed the Grab Bag item in...you should see an additional item in there for you now. Sorry for the trouble! I hope you all had a good holiday!ย

I beg to differ on this as the same error message occurred when attempting to use credit card as a direct payment where the error showed being an unmatched Zip Code...ย Therefore I ask you to investigate this a little further so it does not happen again.This issue was caused by paypal. They have reported that it is resolved. Sorry for the trouble.ย
Any chance you can rerun the sales that expired the night and day this occurred that forced us to miss out since these have now gone back to full price??

This is happening to me also!!!ย I have been using the same address for almost 2 years and now my zip code is no longer valid and I am unable to make my purchase...ย obviously there is something seriously wrong with your pay database system.

Now this same order shows as being paid twice with a 2nd transaction# 8BE15649NN5254719 with the same paid amount of $15.33!!!
Please refund 1 of these payments.

Hi Jenn, that's just it there is no such item except that it was shown on the $3.50 Prime Sale page and now it is gone... Guess someone caught it between the time I wrote to you originally last evening and now.
I do not see any content from Content Paradise so guess that content will not be coming over to Renderosity??
