Current Prime Flash isn't showing items previously purchased. Example I own MRL Riley. Yet in the Prime Flash Sale list (and even when I look at the item page) it shows as if I don't own it. I just checked, clicking on the item from My items (the name to look at the item page) shows as if I don't own it.
The dust settled, thinking "what a fine home, at least for now" not realizing that doom would soon be coming in the form of a vacuum cleaner.

I have tested this by placing a few different orders and all processed without any issues.
We did receive a notice from Paypal yesterday letting us know they were having some technical difficulties and find they still are and the problem is intermittent.
Please refresh your screen and go to your order, the paypal button should be there and will take you to paypal.
If it is still not working, please let me know which browser you are using as I am using Chrome.

Hello,
This is not a bug as first time buyers downloads have to be manually verified to help cut down on fraud.
Once this has been done, we send an email to you and then from that point forward, they are available as soon as payment has been processed.

Here's a website bug at the Profile Settings menu.
Location: "Profile settings". Scroll down. Replication: Try to turn off newsletter email. The account email will still receive the newsletter afterwards.
It's not top priority, but I thought I would post it anyway.
There are two bugs that I am aware of so far:
It is not possible to turn off email newsletters. While I have set my option to 'off', these still arrive at my email inbox, over a week after I changed the setting.
It is not possible to change 'primary OS' from Linux to, for example, Windows. This is not very important by itself, but I thought I would mention it.

credits for mapps and myself are not showing, but when I went back to edit the picture to try and load the credits they are showing in the edit page
all I done was lose the text for the original post

Repeatedly, when I've tried to reset a password, I get no response. This has been true over a period of several months. When I clicked on the "I didn't get reset instructions" link, I was pushed to a page that says "Your account has already been activated!"
I finally figured out which password I'd been using (obviously, since there is no way to get technical help without logging on first, which is useless if logging on is the problem!). If I hadn't figured this out, I could not have found a way to get help from Renderosity to get to my purchases. This is unconscionable both ethically, and from a customer-service standpoint.

I thought the problem had been corrected but it happened again today. I list other vendors first before mapps and or myself to be polite and both mapps and myself did not load
I know the tech department will fix when they can , but mapps and myself are losing possible sales from not showing up in credits
Area Of Bugs...Payment Transaction When Placing AN Order. I have posted this else where but the answer was not a valid one. I understand the time difference (as I am in UK), " Thursday afternoon (Uk time) I ordered and was told after putting my Credit Card details in that Error 15 happened and my card was declined. I put my card details in a second time....Same message. The goods are still in my shop cart as if I haven't paid for them. I have Twice. I have emailed store staff twice......Please resolve this matter asap. This is the first time I have had a problem ordering from you.......I'm upset that no one is bothering to resolve it.

The bank is the one that declined your transaction, not Renderosity. There is a 2 step process when placing an order...the "charge" you see on your account is actually a pending charge and will fall off within 2-7 business days depending upon how quickly your financial institution processes pending charges.
When an item is still in your cart, you were not charged for the item/s as the order never went through which means you will see the pending charge on your bank account.
When an order goes through correctly, you will no longer see the items in your cart and will be provided with an order number.
As far as why the payment was declined, you will have to contact your financial institution to find out why. They may also be able to drop the pending charges if you tell them there is not any order attached to the payments.
I have been out of the office and will double check to see if we received an email from you however I have not seen one so far.

I was just going to post a similar issue. In my case, I noticed all of my Rhiannon products showing as not having been purchased. I don't know if this is because of the special sale connected to Rhi's store or not, but I now see I'm not the only one having issues, and it's not just with respect to Rhi's products.

Well, it turns out JenniferC responded in a post in the Community Center forum about this issue, and it DOES have to do with the Halloween Grab Bag sale, and will go back to the usual after the sale --> OK, who broke the Marketplace?

When I use the Marketplace drop-down menu to view Prime-Flash items, it only shows one page of these items, but when I search through the general Prime category, I find many more Prime-Flash items that are never shown when using the previous method. Isn't there any way to view all of the Prime Flash items together?
When browsing through Prime items in the marketplace, I told the site to list the items from lowest-price to highest-price. Everything started out well enough, but after reaching the 4.00+ pricing, I then came upon many more 3.50 items, then several more 4.00+ items, then many more 3.50 items.
I submitted a purchase. The site gave me a message with an error code and said that the transaction had been flagged for review by the fraud department, please resubmit the information and attempt the purchase again. So I did the next morning when I saw the transaction had still not gone through. So I attempted it again and got the same response. (In the meantime an item or two had gone on sale dropping the price of the transaction about $5.00.) I thought that the error code/fraud review was generated by my bank. But I went by my bank today and they showed two pending charges to my account (twice for the same order, although they were different prices because of the sale). The bank said most likely Renderosity would recognize the duplication and submit one charge and delete the other. So from what the bank was saying, it sounded like Renderosity had flagged my purchase for some reason or there was a software glitch. But at last check, my shopping cart is still full of the stuff, and my bank is showing two charges pending for what's in my cart. What do I do?

Site isn't identifying my past purchases as I browse the site. Makes it a tad difficult to insure I don't duplicate something if it happens to be on sale.
That is happening to me as well. I was about to buy something and in the back of my mind I thought I had purchased it a while back. Sure enough, I checked my account and I did buy it. I hope this can be fixed quickly.
