Heres the link to Universe Image Creator. A GREAT program. It costs $25, but its worth it.Rudolf Herczog

Thread: Odd feature of Bryce | Forum: Bryce
About the rendering. You can actually stop a render, save and then resume with the "dot" next to the "render"...dot.

Thread: How can I import my poser 4 texture .psd format into bryce to I can render it? | Forum: Bryce
Well, one way is to add the textures on to a poser model, export it as a .obj and import into Bryce. The textures comes along with the model. Hope this helps.

Thread: bryce on top? | Forum: Bryce
No problems on my PC! Have a Athlon 1 Ghz with 512 mb RAM and winXP Pro, and can easily run games, utilities or browse around without any problems what so ever. Had no problems with win98 either but XP is more stable.

Thread: May's Bryce Forum Challenge Theme Announcement!!!!!!!! | Forum: Bryce
Its not my intension to be a pain in the but guys, but why is it allowed to import grayscales, AND to work with them in external editors? Unless im mistaking, those are 2D-pics as well... One of the biggest challenges is actually to model the stuff in Bryce itself. And to allow "some" postwork will make this contest 95% bryce, not 100%...

Thread: About voting procedures for Bryce challenge! | Forum: Bryce
Well, logging IP adresses wouldnt help much. Double voters can easily log on with another username from work, from a friend etc, and get a different IP. Humorix already suggested the best way of dealing with trolls. But i understand Cambert as well. Setting up a gallery takes some time, especially if one has work, family, kids etc. However, i still think that a validation is necessary.

Thread: How to start-up with bryce? Do I need to be a good artist? | Forum: Bryce
Hey there & welcome aboard! Well, first of all, you dont need to be artistic to learn Bryce. Being able to draw can be helpfull, but not always. Its an application and like every other app, most people can learn to use it. Tutorials are great. However, you must have some imagination, a great deal of patience AND most of all, have fun! And thats the hard part, cause it cant be thought out. The best way of learning for me, was to try, try, & try again, sometimes with the help from tutorials. Also, dont create to please other people. If youre satisfied with your work, than it IS good-looking art. Try out Bryce, and if you need help, Renderosity is the best place to ask for it. Good Luck

It depends on what you want to create. I work with Bryce 5 and for me its enough. Its an all-in-one package, its easy to work with and can also create very realistic images. Theres also tons of free stuff to download. Feel free to check out my gallery for some examples. Apart from the characters (Poser), its all Bryce.Rudolf Herczog

All rendering works much better with XP Pro. Upgraded from Win98 for about 4 months ago and its a BIG difference.

Thread: Exporting Object from Bryce | Forum: Bryce
Make sure that every part of the object is grouped together. While having the object selected, open up the objects palette, select a category and press "Add". Select the added object and press "Export". It will be exported as an .OBJ Done.
