I tried and I failed. There are no "Ethnic" morphs.
Well, yes and no. There are no "ethnic" morphs so labelled - but those are pretty much useless anyway.
I was able to dial up a decent Asian face in a matter of minutes.
The eyelashes, however, are completely another matter. When DAZ was running their members-only preview thread, I mentioned them, although IÂ didn't discern what the precise problem was. I really felt that with all the other good things going on, something about the lashes was making M4 look feminine, even with super-beefcake morphs. Now I see that the problem isn't merely eyelash length (I almost invariably dial them back first thing) or even shape, but also placement. Too bad....

I keep coming back to this thread.
And of course, it's completely above my head, although I purchased Poser Pro largely to take advantage of work like yours, Bill... but why oh why isn't your pro shader ready yet? I'd love to have the time to do what RobynsVeil is doing, but realistically... I'm investing far too much time in this hobby already. I need a more "out of the box" solution while I get up to speed. Maybe I can get a better understanding of lights in the meantime....

Sounds like she's supposed to be more advanced than the others:Â "She will also include exclusive features such as Advanced Body Control and Deformation Systems." Along with "photorealistic shaders."
I don't own any Poser figures yet, but as Poser Pro is on its way, I suppose I soon will... but from what I've seen from renders at CP... the figures don't usually look as realistic as the DAZ ones.Â

I've been getting seams with Elite in certain poses. (Unfortunately, with Amy, which is about my fave texture.) And that's in Daz Studio, as IÂ don't have Poser yet (Poser Pro is on the way). :(Â

This is coming from a complete newb (just been using Daz Studio a couple of weeks; my Poser Pro is on the way), so take it for what it's worth: I think this is a great render. Skin is amazing, even the boots are great other than the zipper pull. But for me the eyes are a giveway (7/10). Hair is much better than I've managed so far... I'd say 8.5. The skin, though, is a 10. Just amazing.

Unnecessary... just go to openoffice.org and download the suite. Open source, and it opens up all the Office docs.
