Especially worying since his last picture was his own gravestone. But anyway, my girlfriend had a IM from him two weeks or so ago and a comment on one of her pictures. So he's still alive and kicking.

I'm being a bit thick..... where is the link to the page to upload my entry? Not that I'm gonna do it yet, I want to see what everyone else comes up with first. More on the UK (Following on from Bryster).... Everything is considered art here, from a pile of twigs to cutting sheep in half. Remember that unmade bed from a few years back? Who's to say what's fine art.

Do you really think anyone would want to buy the trash you come out with? ;-) I know a few artists, both traditional and CG who sell a good amount on Ebay. There's a whole section for self promoting artists. Worth checking out. What about the market place in Renderosity? I've never really looked at it, can you sell art here?

I feel really bad now. I didn't mean it to sound like I was taking a dig at your poser work, which is so much better than anything I could do. I just find it really difficult to achieve natural results in Poser and anyone that can even get the limbs to stay in the correct place gets my vote. Sorry. (I'll be hiding in shame now.)

I tend to navigate using cursor keys. Home and end jump to the top and end (surprisingly), Does mean taking your hand off the mouse though. :-)

I don't think censorship is a bunch of crap. You have to protect kids from certain things. Maybe, in this case, censorship isn't the way to go. Perhaps wider areas of classification. But I'm not sure that would help. You know how it is, if you put a NUDITY marker on an image it will easily double the number of views. So maybe that's just giving people another way to increase traffic to their art. And where as porn is pretty easy to classify, how to you classify a matter of opinion? But hey, no one said there was an easy answer.

Trouble is, the image in quesiton wasn't of an adult or overtly violent nature, just rather bad taste. It's a fine line. I don't know if writing to the artist would help in this case since they knew full well what they were doing.

Wellll, since I've entered too, I should suggest one I think would do badly. ;-) I like the first one, with the snow. They're all good, but the others suffer a little from poseritis. Sorry, don't hate me. I can't really talk. I'm suck big time with poser to the extent that I don't even try anymore. hence my picture was set early morning before anyone woke up. Good luck.
