I'd suggest waiting for Shania to answer, and she should be able to help you :). 

They are not finished gifting the products yet, so it's likely a matter of just waiting, and following that thread so that if there is news, Shania can reply.

I am figuring from what you're saying that some, not all, of your products that were at HW which are now here have been gifted to you (note the are not going to appear in your purchase list, but in your GIFT list).

If that's the case, please follow Shania's instructions on contacting her about JUST those items.

If none of them have been gifted, I have a post a bit later on that page telling what to do.

You need to SEND an email to Renderosity if you haven't done so since Shania posted on December 9th.

Scroll up to that post on this page (actually, DreamWeaver reposted it) and follow the instructions in the post.

For what it's worth, I KNOW it's not completed, because none of MY items have been gifted.  I'm likely to be the last one who they'll gift things to :).

Note that the post was on December 9 2021.  If you sent an email PRIOR to that date and have not gotten products in your Renderosity account, please follow the directions in that post.   If you sent an email AFTER that date, please just be patient (yes, I know it's frustrating - I am waiting as well).  We appreciate that Renderosity is doing this - it's not something they HAD or HAVE to do - not as though they bought HiveWire.  They are doing it to help the former HiveWire customers.  They are also doing it while needing to run their own store and forums :)  So thanks for your patience!

Sorry, didn't see this - just to add a bit of info - you will get emails for each of the items which will be gifted to you here - it will not be placed as an actual 'order' but as individual gifts

Yes!  If you have not been gifted the products you bought at Renderosity yet, whether or not you sent an email way back when, please follow the instructions in Shania's post and send it again (or just find your original one and forward it to them ;))

Yes, Larry - IF they are products that our Contributing Artist brought over to Renderosity, they can be put in your account.  I'll repost my post at HiveWire's forum (in our "Meadow" about Transfer of Customer purchases.

NOTE - if someone already sent Renderosity an email, DO NOT send another, please.  Wait til they tell us that they have finished the process, and THEN, if you have not gotten products put in as gifts at Renderosity, write to them again.

Any product of Ken Gilliland's that was put into HiveWire member accounts were done as a normal order (except that I manually created each order), so they should indeed have shown up the same as any purchase at HiveWire.
