Its handy to have the utility because there is still free stuff with rsr thumbnails. I know I have lots of old stuff that needs conversion if I have to reinstall it.

a free character can be held until the creator is happy with it all, a commercial site like Daz just needs good enough to be promoted as better than the last one.

I found after the update that I had two Daz studios in different folders. I ran the latest one and found genesis 3 worked fine.
apparently the one folder Daz Studio 4 Public Build was the old copy.

I just checked and I have an update showing dor Genesis 3 and two for Studio, one marked as BETA. Same date different times , so I will load the latest.

when you export an obj, the file will contain the material names, look for lines usemtl xxxxxxx where xxxx is the material name. you can rename these in the obj file, save it and import to poser with the new material names.
if you parent the prop you can use the heirarchy editor to create it as a figure. You may need to clean up the pivot points (centers) depending on how it bends.

You can set the display properties for each item, check that you have it set for the scene property.

I think having 90 + bustiers for V4 is just perfect !
There is nothing to stop a brokerage from encouraging a vendor to make stuff. A brokerage might even go so far as to say they wont accept any more submissions for a product area because the market is saturated.
The market tends to sort it out, even if it means a bunch of vendors make very little because the pie is just too small.

I am now using Genesis 2 for my stuff. It came with Daz studio, which I am now using since Poser 5 barely runs on windows 8.1.
Its a cost issue. It takes money to upgrade, and buy new stuff for the figure, and the morphs, textures and everything, and I dont have any. ;-)
I have lots of stuff for V3 and V4 so if I need a clothed figure its probably going to be v3, v4 or M3.

Keyframing depends on how much control you need. more keyframes , less interpolation.
I would try just two keyframes
frames 1 and 30 with the feet close together but parrallel; like | |
then frame 15 with feet twisted , like / as the heel click.
I would try thigh rotation first and if that wont do it try twisting of the shin.
It might be a combination of foot twist with a shin or thigh side movement.
Once you have it copy frame 15 and 30 and paste at 45 and 60 and repeat for how many times you need the click.
If you want to be fancy the figure should raise on her toes a little for the heel click. Stand up and try it to see.

Autism can cover a wide range. You might be advised to just be aware of some issues but not tret them specifically, just ensure they socialize. That said get advice from several sources if possible.

WAMP - windows/apache web server/mysql/php - when I get some spare time it will be on a Unix box. That will make it a LAMP server. ;-)
