Also make sure you have selected/clicked on some body part of your figure before you do, not accidentally clicking on the clothing instead. Frustrating when you go to your library and add the character you want and nothing but the clothes pop in.

I have always used my Poser 7 runtime, even when in Poser 9. It is linked to the Poser 11 library. I am very specific in my searches.
Finding what I'm looking for is hit and miss.

I have P9SR1 Pro2012SR1 P9 SR3.1 Pro2012SR3.1 and P9SR3.2 (Windows Internet Explorer 11 fix) updaters, if @structure or one of the mods needs to add that to the available downloads. Thanks for your help!

Go to the contextual menu for each panel and click off drag-docking enable. This will anchor each panel in place. Then if you want just the preview panel to be moveable, set it to float. Now you'll be able to move that panel without everything else floating around.

Thanks to all of you for your help! I am still looking into your comments. Poser 11 does have the Poser 7-9 library, but it is a challenge to do a search in P11 and find things.

Can't you just attach your Poser 9 runtime, and use that in Poser 11?
There are some differences in the way Firefly renders stuff in Poser 11. You might try installing Snarlygribbly's EZSkin, or SceneFixer. They will fix that gray color, which worked in older versions of Poser but tends not to look good in Poser 11.
Poser 11 does have the library I used in Poser 9. But it is difficult to find things in the (P11) library. So, I sometimes have to go back to P7 to find something. And that is slow.

I found this if anyone cares to test it... seems that will work with any Poser version
http://neocron.webspaceforme.net/library/downloads/@romangirl - You can use Poser 7 to create your scene, save it and load it in Poser 9 & render it... until you find a solution for your Poser 9.

"Windows can't find C: Appdata. Check spelling and try again." I'm usually good at this. Can't find the Appdata or the poser.ini. Would getting Poser 11 fix it?? I have Windows 7 and Poser 10. Maybe the Windows 7 is the problem. I've spent all weekend on it. I'll work on the other fixes like P3DO or XL library manager. About 25 years of my life and my money is invested in Poser. This is depressing.
Same boat. No Appdata, no poser.ini. I have Windows 10 and Poser 9. My old Poser 7 hasn't been affected, but searching in the library is like going back to the 19th century. I too have spent a fortune on Poser.

I have Poser 9 and tried the original fix of setting "LIBRARY_IS_AIR" = 1, but nothing has changed and I'm still getting the Flash logo with no explanation. I believe I'm in the exact same situation as Naneth. Ditto for romangirl with Poser 9.
