Thread: Did you all see this new guy Teo by Nursoda? | Forum: MarketPlace Showcase
I grabbed him the first time I saw him! Love him too!
Just a warning, though. His pose files bum out Studio. :( They seem to be Poser 7 universal poses from James.)ย After applying a pose (they seem to apply) hit ALT F4 to make the load dialog go away.
There is so much packed in here and he is just SOOOOOOOOO NEAT and full of personality. I love him!

Thread: Reviving an old question- default.br6 startup scene | Forum: Bryce
The first thing to do when you load Bryce (and it loads your default scene) is to save a Camera dot. I think that works.
Then if you do a 'new' you can click the dot and get your camera settings back.
Thread: Why the twisted orientation? | Forum: Bryce
I think it's that way so the movement matches the orientation ofย the doohickeys. Supposedly it makes it easier for beginners who don't care about x,y,z..
Years ago I made a default scene that was set up oriented differently, but it was the Director's view, not Camera view. I lost it somehow and have to make a new one. But there's a bug in Bryce that has never been fixed. Link Sun to view works, but link Clouds to view does not. So if you orient your scene differently the clouds don't look anything like the little thumbnails. Sometimes it doesn't matter, other times it does.
I'm using Bryce 6.1 on a new machine now and it feels so strange going back to the 'old' way.

I've been playing with her and she's just so darned cute and sweet. Works beautifully in Studio except for the pmd thing (and I edited the mc6 files).
Her head does have shaping and expressions available, just nothing for the body. I can live with that--though I'd really really rather not have to.
One thing that is very confusing for customers is the inconsistency. As I said there was nothing that informed the customer that PMD files were used. The requirements, I'm quite sure, said Poser 6 but that means little to Studio users who, like MAC users, learn all the workarounds and the edits necessary and know what to avoid in life. But some of the add-on products said for Poser 4 and up and even had .rsr files! Now that would be ridiculous if a Poser 4 user couldn't use the figure the add-on was for!
So, anyhoo, if nothing can be done (but I'm hoping) can someone who has BJD at least tell me what I'm missing? When y'all wake up, of course.
Thanks.

Where have I been?!?!?
Wow! I love the Girl's expressive face but have no clothes for her. LOL I love Aiko's body, but here expressions are, well, weird.
Stahlratte, she is perfect! What a great job!
May I have a link too, please?
BTW, been through the entire thread and tookย notes. :) Also, loved all the posted renders!
Thank you for doing this!
Thread: Anyone else having trouble logging into DAZ? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
The irony is I accidentally deleted my cookies a couple of hours ago....so whereever I go I have to log in anew. Here too. So it took me a while to figure out there was something ELSE wrong at DAZ as well. LOL
Thread: OT: Congress passing new laws about nudity on websites... R'osity? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Sorry, History Nut, you have to give some proof of that for I've recently learned that that is a myth started in the early '90's by none other than Ward Churchill. People wanted to believe it so they did and managed to 'discover' many cases through conjecture. Google it. And I'd just like to point out that all citizens in America, that includes Bush supporters and Bush haters, are upset with the latest eminent domain issue. It's a totally bi-partisan reaction. However, I also must point out, that the decision has nothing whatsoever to do with Bush or anyone in our elected government. It was the liberal judges on the Supreme Court. One can 'blame' a lot of things on Bush, but this isn't one of them.
