Note - I can not answer whether it's too late to send an email, but I CAN tell you they are NOT FINISHED (yes, I know it's been over 2 years).  I still don't have my account items brought over here, and others still are waiting as well.:

IF they are products that our Contributing Artist brought over to Renderosity, they can be put in your account.

NOTE - if someone already sent Renderosity an email, DO NOT send another, please.  Wait til they tell us that they have finished the process, and THEN, if you have not gotten products put in as gifts at Renderosity, write to them again.

No, it has not changed :).  Dawn 2 will be a HiveWire figure sold at Renderosity, not a figure included in Poser 13.

As far as I know, they still are working on things.  I have not gotten notice that they're done (which hopefully I will).  Furthermore, MY purchases have not been transferred, so I know they're not done :).

I'm not Shania, but anything that was in your HiveWIre account, no matter how it got there, should be transferred.  That, of course, includes any no-charge orders we placed for you at HiveWire.

Yes, you can still make the request.  They're clearly not done, as many of us (myself included) still haven't had things transferred here.   Note that this will ONLY apply to products that are now sold at Renderosity, and that they will show up as "GIFTS"

Thanks.  That's weird because I have version 11 as well and am not getting any error messages.

However, I do see the references you mention.  I'll pass that on, but for now, just ignore the error message - there are no pmds for those, so things should load correctly.

What version of Poser are you using?  

Several notes:

1-Kerya- I suggest you send a site mail to Shania, rather than posting what's missing here in this thread (same for other people)

My goof - I MEANT they will show up in your Gifts, not in your ORDERS. 

They will, as you say, also show in your purchases.

And, you'll get emails for each one when it's done, as will the vendor whose product it is.

They will show in your "Gift" section, NOT your purchases. 

The files will not be in your product list.....unless they're changing how they're doing things.  They will show up in your "Gifts Received" section of your account.  Unfortunately, I don't see a way to search your gift listings or sort them by anything other than who "gifted" them to you.
