Can I do this action from within Poser or do I need to hack the PZ2 file?

Thread: Need some techical help setting up a blink morph for Dawn 2 in Poser | Forum: Poser 13
Another question. So I did get the Tina blink set up working but it's only showing in the Head. Is there a way to hack this and make it show up in both the Head and the Body areas in Poser? Most of Dawn 1 and 2's head morphs shows up in both places and to keep things less confusing for end users I'd like for the blink morphs to show up in both places, if possible.
Thanks so much!

I guess when I mess up I have to restart Poser to get the dependency editor to come up as it should. Not sure if I can upload a PDF here but I have formatted it and did little corrections in the spelling. I don't see an option for it. Too bad as it would be handy to have for those wanting to work off line.

So finally had some time to see if I could make this happen. I'm already in a mess here. Create new Master Parameter does NOT bring up the Dependency Editor but instead creates a morph under the "Other" area. When I try to bring up the Dependency Editor there nothing happens. BUG??

WOW. Thanks so much Charles. Sorry for the late reply. I was busy with clients all day yesterday. I'll PDF this and keep it handy! Your help (and everyone else's) is always so appreciated! 😁

Thank you Kalypso. I asked nerd3D (Charles Taylor) for some help on this as well on Slack. He mentioned he would put together a really easy tutorial for me. In my older age when folks get to technical my brain shuts down. I'm more of a visual learner. With pictures or video's I have a really hard time getting my head around all this stuff! LOL

Hi Rae. I've tested him with the poses that came with and various drag and pulls to see if I could see anything weird in how he's bending and I'm not seeing much of anything that I would dock as being bad. The only little niggle I see is that if you bend the foot down, from the side, the ankle fattens up a bit too much but other than that I don't see anything that tells me the rigging or JCMs are not working as expected.

Thread: Cycles based SSS skin shader | Forum: Poser 13
OH, I did update the image node to the default one that's not native to Cycles, which has always worked for me. So that node you see above is gone with the older Image node replacing it.

I'm back. So I'm having a devil of a time getting any detail to show from either a bump or normal map using Cycles.
Here is a partial screen grab of what I have set up. You notice to the left there is a bit of skin color, well that's the render results. FLAT. The Normal map has allot of good detail so I must be doing something wrong. Wondering if I should use the Displacement input in the Cycles Root node to get details to pop?
PS, the low input strength number seems to work fine on areas like the lips or face but on the body even set to 1.000000 still gives me know detail. I don't have this issue at all with the Poser Root Node nor the Physical Root Node. I'm using the latest Poser 13
