There's any number of sites out there with information on various careers. Also, if you want to see books about various fields, certification books, etc., try a site like freebookspot, share book free, etc., on most of the 'hot' fields.Â
Certifications can help if you can't get into college. In NC, where I am, there was a program that would let you study for certification programs, things like medical staff, network staff, etc. I'm sure other states have similar programs, as mentioned above.

another quickie might be to see if the legs are more than one group. If you click on the bottom part of the pants, just uncheck 'visible' in the properties, and instant shorts...;)

you could try Most Digital, Schlabber (if that person is still around) are 2 sites for lots of free poses. There's another, but I don't recall the name. Search the threads for poses here, it should turn up.

I know there are some emulator programs out there for old systems, like Commodore 64s, Ataris, etc., and lots of games to run on them. Not the same thing, but if you're going for the 'period rush'...;)

Usual notes about clearing your browser cache, depending on the OS (May not speed up booting, but once you're online...;) Cleaning cookies can help, but you have to make sure you don't delete the needed ones (like the one for 'rosity). It won't hurt anything if you do, but you may have to log in again, etc.
Most of the other stuff has been covered. XP always took a while to boot, that was supposedly 'fixed' in Win 7.
