The Prefitter for LaFemme is working for me. It looks like some confusion with the steps.
For the INJ pose, Run the pose just after loading the Prefitter. Make sure to select the Prefitter. That will add the LaFemme morph to the Prefitter. Then follow the steps as usual.
For me, I found following the example in the instructions to be easy and helpful.

There is an African morph on the eyes to attempt to re-position the eyes to match the face morph. However, the morphs just pivot the eyes down. They are not sufficient.
Here is a screen shot with the morph on the left eye and off on the right eye.
With Victoria 4, we would use the X Y Z translate controls to move the eyes.
Unfortunately, that is impossible with Pauline. The eyes are rigged with weight mapped to affect the head on the translate controls. You might be able to fix it by using Joint Editor to disable the weight maps.

My apologies. I just double checked. The CR2 Exporter does not export the tongue into Poser. I mainly use the DSON option. I must have forgotten about the tongue issue. Sorry.

I use Genesis 2 in Poser often and the tongue is present. Genesis 2 works fine with the DSON Importer or the CR2 Export option.
I do remember there was a morph compatibility issue with Poser 11. The min and max values where backwards and it cause the teeth and tongue to appear outside of the body. Is this the problem you are running into?

I can confirm that Poser 11 has a bigger Self-Shadowing problem than previous versions. Here is a scene that was created in Poser Pro 2014. There is a single infinite light and Ezdome for the sky.
Now here is the same scene (same file) rendered in Poser Pro 11.
That darker region right in the front is a self-shadowing polygon.

I'm big fan of Firefly. I was able to do some really good renders. I had good skin shader. I got my render settings working great. But. I haven't used Firefly in over half of year because of the [censored] self shadowing polygon issue. After three scenes that had to be rendered multiple times that problem, I switch to Octane Render.
Superfly is just too slow and very noisy. Also, it doesn't handle HDRI files well. Superfly crashes when uses an HDRI file as the light source and rendering with the video card.

Thanks for posting this. I completely forgot about the ScatterDist inputs. The Physical Surface Root looks like a good way to make a simple decent skin shader. Can't wait to try it out on some of my older Victoria 3 characters.
