Hi Guys.
If you´re out for some seriously highres surface greyscales, make sure to take a look here.
Plenty of stuff to experiment with, and with a little luck we might even spot Bryster on a few of them. :)

I´ld advise people to be careful about posting highres stuff.
Naturally a scene looks a lot better full size, but it may also end up on some DVD cover without credit or payment, and it´s not worth it.
Better to let people contact you if they want to use the image and let them pay you for the hard work behind it.
Just a thought. :)

Beeing one of many people totally despising Vista, i really can´t say i like what they´re planning for Windows7. From what i´ve read about it so far it looks like it´s going to be even more miserable then Vista.
If they really need to fill the OS up with toys that´s fine, but for once i wish they could release a stripped version with only the absolutely necessary features for it to run for the rest of us.
I seriously doubt MS will ever release an OS that´s up to par with XP. At least not in my lifetime.

If you´ll get XP you´re fortunate. All the 3D software i´ve tested have rendered faster with XP, and that´s compared to a stripped Vista system.
ATI cards are normally better suited for graphics purposes, so you shouldn´t have any issues there.

Sadly it´s not an easy task to create complete environments to allow for 360 camera movement. The biggest problem is that scenes like that easily become massive and then you still have to count with the fact that people will load extra stuff into them.
People with less powerfull machines would have serious issues working with the scenes at all.

I did a few tutorials for 3Dworld containing some photoshop work.
Like Rod, i need to ask too if it´s city lights or is it those small glare effects to increase reflections on specific parts?
If i haven´t posted it here already, i can always put something together. :)
