Thanks for the replies. So do I fill the transparent places with black and then create an alpha channel for the transparent areas? Actually I to put a mesh like fabric in the holes. I have a black and white texture that would represent the mesh.
Is a transparency mask different than an alpha?
Thanks.

I pretty much have used the main camera for everything. And then when I have the scene about set, I switch to the auxillary camera to make any adjustments. I forgot about the posing camera. I'll have to give it a go.

Well, I finally got something without holes in the legs. I scaled the shorts up until there was no poke through any where. Checked that there was a gap between the legs. Ran the fitting. Saved the garment with the morphs I wanted. I did not select auto groups this time. Went back to the pose room. Conformed and move the legs. Did not see any holes.
Thanks.

Thanks. I tried with your setting, Hborre but still had the holes. I moved L'homme's legs and the pants apart by 2% and that took care of the holes in the legs. But the crotch still had some holes. Maybe I'll try lowering them a tad.
Thanks, RedPhantom. I'll try that too.

So what causes this?
I loaded L'homme and then the basket ball shorts. I positioned them around L'homme. Turned off IK. Zeroed him but not the clothing. Went to the fitting room and ran the fit. Looked good. Saved the clothing with the morphs added. Posed and then I saw that there were holes in the legs when I posed him. There were there before I posed him, but I couldn't see them. But they are not in the original clothing. Am I doing something wrong? Are the legs too close together, do I need to spread them a little and the clothing too before I fit? I've seen this on other clothing too. I hid the thigh just to make sure they were really holes and they were.

Thanks. I've been getting better results when I include that mon pubis and the glutes. I wonder why those are separate in the list instead of under the hips. Guess I won't need them for a shirt though. We'll see.

P3dO Explorer has a tool to do this. If I remember right, it would search a whole folder and do them all. I'm sure that's what I used to convert mine.

I sent the info. At first it was bounced back. I had to click on some links in the failure message so that I was trusted and it would not be seen as spam. Hope that was normal activity.

I bought stuff at HiveWire3d, but I don't believe any of mine came over. Don't know if I had to do something for it to happen. Just saw this thread for the first time today. I'm sure my user account was different there.

If you are trying to install a zip file that you've purchased, this is what I do....
I put everything in my Poser 11 runtime because that's where most to the content is. But you can use whatever runtime you want.
I open my poser 11 content folder to where I can see the runtime folder in one explorer window. Then I unzip the file I've just purchased. (There might be more than one in a product, but I do them one at a time.). The extracted files will open in another explorer window. Most contain a Document folder and a runtime folder. I drag the runtime from the extracted zip over the the Poser 11 window where I see the runtime and then it will copy all the over to my Poser 11 content and put all the files where they need to go. (All the zip files I've purchased come already organized in the Poser file structure, so I just have to copy them over.)
The Documentation folder is inside the Runtime folder, so I open my Poser 11 runtime folder and then drag the zip Document folder over to the destination window where I can see my Poser 11 documentation window. Just remember to go back to where you see the runtime folder in your destination window before you copy the next file over. Otherwise you'll end up with a runtime within a runtime.
The moprhs will normally be under the Pose folder under a folder called L'homme if you just use the drag and drop method.
