Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 11 2:16 pm)
I have heard of these problems from others and have experiences on the merchant side with Daz that are very similar in many respects. That is why Sixus1 Media exists and why we are finally starting become more vocal about a number of things in the communities and on the business side of this market. We work hard to provide expedient, personal customer service both to customers we gain through Renderosity, 3DCommune and through our own site (www.sixus1.com). I just wanted to let you know that I certainly understand where you are coming from. As a business, we are dedicated to offering a quality alternative to the problems you have described. As a producer of original figures and other Poser content, I hate to hear of problems such as this with any vendor, be it Daz or otherwise, as it soils the overall reputation of everyone in this market. Hopefully your experiences else where will continue to be positive and you will find that there are a large number of quality products and sources for them available beyond what initial appearances might show. -Les
Although I have had problems with/at Daz, they have ALWAYS been helpful and supportive and tried to address the issues, and this is even after I have been a complete and utter prick to them. May I suggest instead of acting like a raving lunatic, that you invest some money in a good internet connection. You seem to have the money for all of these purchases, so why you cannot afford to buy a better Internet connection, I do not know. Even if you cannot get a better connection, there are Internet cafes and Kino's like places where you can rent a computer for an hour at a time for a VERY reasonable rate, where you could download your purchases and burn them to disc without any problems. You know, MOST people here have not had the problems that you have, which leads me to believe that the problem is with YOU and not Daz. Prepared to be "politely" flamed by a whole sh1tload of people who support Daz. In this case, you deserve it.
In the Daz forums Daz posted very nice replies to you & even posted a list of how they're working on improving their customer service. People gave you suggestions on how to test the CDs to see where the problems lay. You either ignored the folks that tried to help you or just called them "Daz Groupies" and dismissed them. I have been a Daz customer since before they were named Daz, in the Zygote days right before Victoria ever came into being. Their products have been excellent, and if there are any issues they do fix them. I realize that they are mere humans and don't expect everything to be 100% all of the time, but I have had nothing but excellent customer service from them! Sixus1, the fact that you just jumped in on this ludicrous thread lowered my estimation of you. ;)

'Mods, just a note. Although this thread was started by someone who wanted to discuss issues regarding Daz (which is their right), it seems that some commercial interest has decided to hijack this thread for their own purposes (#3) above. I guess this means this needs to be moved to Product Showcase....' and I would like to point out that this thread was further hijacked by a user to make a personal attack on another user - Qhote's 'May I suggest instead of acting like a raving lunatic' 'You know, MOST people here have not had the problems that you have, which leads me to believe that the problem is with YOU and not Daz. Prepared to be "politely" flamed by a whole sh1tload of people who support Daz. In this case, you deserve it.' I point you at this section of the TOS - 'Members/Users will not use this community for; Any practices that affect the normal operations of the community (Admins will take whatever steps are necessary to restore service). I think most people here are bright enough to make their own opinion, do their own research, make an educated choice, and cross their fingers and clentch their sphincter anytime money leaves the wallet before recieving the purchased goods.
Accept the fact that things never work as planned.
The only thing to do is be prepared and go about things in the most logical way to remedy the issue.
And take a valium.
um, excuse me.. as far as commercial interest goes you're absolutely right:it's totally in my commercial interest to inform someone in this position that there are alternatives. It's also in the commercial intersts of 'rosity to have that mentioned here, as it is also in the same interests of every merchant here at 'rosity. I'm curious to see if this gets moved. I've stated before that simply because of my business I CAN'T post in this forum, for any reason. It'll be interesting to me to see exactly where the loyalties lie on this one: with Daz, a company who is in direct competition with 'rosity on many levels, or with a merchant simply making a point that there are alternatives. Caly: I'm sorry you have taken it that way. Really. I am. But I also feel that I'm totally justified in stepping in here. While I obviously speak for my business, the points I'm making are totally in support of 'rosity and it's merchants as well as other sites that offer sound alternatives. I'm not saying that people shouldn't give Daz patronage; I'm saying that when the frustrations mount they have alternatives. I'm saying that even before the frustrations begin, they have alternatives. I'm saying that there needs to be more emphasis placed on alternatives and that a one-horse-market, either intentional or not, real or simply percieved, is a breeding ground for problems such as the ones this gentleman has mentioned.
I'm not defending or attacking anyone here, I just want to understand the nature of your frustration. What were the DAZ product problems you were having? Please be specific with the product name, the error you had with the product, your version of Poser, your computer operating system, the amount of RAM you have, the amount of RAM allocated to Poser, and your hard drive space. Thanks. bB
BastBlack .. The nature of the problems were errors in CD burns in I think mos of the problems. When suggested he try the drive on another computer possibly, he ignored it, he also ignored a number of other comments by people trying to help him. CD error vs downloads that he does at other sites that have the perfect quality etc ... Not really the same to me.
i have had no problem with daz customer support, the couple of occasions i have had to contact them the problem has been dealt with within a few days at most, none of the products i have purchased, which is quite a lot, have had any major problems that wern't solved quickly once the problem was pointed out to them.
Truly bad form to use this as an excuse to advertise another store, imo! I don't think there has been even ONE time where DAZ did not try to help out once they became aware of a problem. Usually, things happen on weekends when workers have a deserved day off. This damn complaint has been cross-posted...enough already.
L'ultima fòrza è nella morte.
Just putting my two penneth in and all that. Ref; Daz customer service - They have been a little slower of late but have always got me sorted in the end. Ref; Daz quality of products - I must have spent about 400.00 on Various Poser products over the last 2 years and all of them including Daz's have been excellent. Ref; spending $1200.00 on poser products in one go - My god, how much, I'm in the wrong job MaRv enrolls on chimney sweep course and starts typing his resignation :o)

I think I've already addressed the whole "advertisment" issue above. Sorry if you took it the wrong way... alternatives: that's all I'm saying here. Alternatives. BTW: give the guy a break! Someone posts here praising Daz and it's all good; someone has a problem with them and just watch what happens. Very intersting dynamic for both a community and a market. Very interesting indeed.
ChaosOutlaw has a right to his opinion. The opinions of others are equally valid. So here are my experiences with DAZ as a counterpoint.
Like Caly, I've been shopping there since well before they were DAZ, back in the Zygote days. I've spent a ton of money (don't even want to think how much! :-> ) with them, and bought an awful lot of items over a period spanning years. I have had problems with a few of the things I've purchased. An email to DAZ's customer service has always been enough to set things straight.
Once or twice (again, over this period of years) I've emailed and haven't received an answer. I gave it a few days, then re-sent my mail with a polite note attached to the effect that I hadn't heard from them yet on the matter. That always got an immediate, helpful reply. The items I've bought from them have all been well-made and well-tested, with a few little glitches here and there (like the inverted Michael 3 bump maps), but any reasonable person realizes that no company produces 100% of their items flawlessly every time.
DAZ makes very high-quality 3D models for affordable prices. They're customer-service-oriented, helpful, talented folks. I've enjoyed the years of shopping with them that I've had so far, and if they carry on their business in the way they have in the past, I will remain a loyal customer of theirs in the future. And no, I'm not a broker with them (I'm not a merchant at all, in fact.) Nor am I a "DAZ groupie", whatever that is. I'm just a satisfied customer.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DAZ to any Poser newbie, because DAZ is a terrific example of how an ethical and responsible business conducts themselves and contributes to this community. If I may be allowed my own cheap shot here, DAZ has never once -- much less multiple times -- wittingly or unwittingly allowed a broker to offer pirated items for sale and then kept the proceeds, without allowing any recourse to the cheated customer.
Dirk, no-one is denying this mans right to "bitch, fuss, moan and gripe all you want to" he has expressed his opinion and for the most part we have expressed ours, without any personal attacks against him. We have all had good and bad experiences on the subject we are discussing, it just so happens that there are more people that have had good experiences than bad, which should speak for itself. Whether "Daz is screwing up a lot lately" is a matter of opinion, your opinion and you have a right to express it, however I feel demeaning our views with comments like "the constant praise around here is enough to make you gag" is hardly a mature approach to debate. It is kinda sweaty...

Wait...is that a pimple I feel...
Uh oh, that wasn't a fart.
I should wipe.
Damn, I can't, I'll have to wait.
Oh well, good thing Rosity is here to hear me complain.
No, they can't help me, but I can warn EVERYONE to make sure they check after every fart!
Well...I must be the odd girl out here....out of ALL my purchases from various sites RMP/DAZ/RDNA & several others, I've only had a problem with 1 item...and thanks to people here and their help the "problem" was solved. So I have no complaints about ANY items purchased. knocking quickly on my puter desk - wood ;) Still an overall happy camper LOL :)
let him rant :-) after all he did pass the"Does he have a gallery here??" Litmus test YOU TELL EM CHAOSOUTLAW!! GO ON WITH YO BAD SELF!!!! ;-)
I would not be me if I didn't at least say something :) DAZ has been slower to respond recently...but in their defense, they have had quite a few folks that normally handle these issues out on maternity leave and so forth...however, a business still needs to operate and perhaps they should have hired temps or something to help with the load... We are in the age of fast communications, but I think overall, customer response and service across the board is eroding to the point of being nonexistant. The Poser community/merchants in general are extremely responsive compared to the norm....I think it is being a bit nieve to think all is going to go well all the time...but I know I still bitch up a storm when things don't go right...with the same fervor as Choasoutlaw... how else can we keep the stores and merchants on their toes and give us the support we deserve. And this also makes it very necessary for there to be alternatives..we should support them....

ChaosOutlaw has every right to post his frustrations, but I do hate to see that he is aiming the message at Newbies. I hope the tone of his rant will help the new users see the problems he is having in the correct way. On one point I must agree...I think DAZ has had a few more problems with models than usual. That is my only agreement and I will say that they are very quick to see the errors and correct them. I am far from being a DAZ groupie, but I do know quality when I see it and they give you quality over and over and over. I have had a some problems with downloads and a few unanswered e-mails. This has always been corrected in a short period of time to my satisfaction...and I am a picky person. Everyone I have spoke to at DAZ has been delightful and helpful. I think their customer service people are very well trained and knowledgeable. ChaosOutlaw I do admire you in some ways. You already have a gallery..I was using Poser for more than a year before I was willing to post anything. I am still not happy with my work after 3+ years of trying. Maybe, though, with just 8 weeks of Poser 5 under your belt you might consider that some of your troubles lie within your newness to the program. Trust me, there is a reason that all the other stores are full of products based on DAZ models. They are great models! Diane
Things to do while you wait for anything 1. Take a Valium - I had one once, their niiiice. 2. Make killer bong out of vacuum, toilet, and pasta strainer - Don't ask what I was waiting for. 3. Organize Runtime folder - Ok that's pushing reality. 4. Remove unwanted body hair 5. Paint eyeballs on pointing devices and have a wine and cheese tasting party. 6. Shake cheese doodle dust out of keyboard. 7. Visit OT forum - I love those guys. 8. Clean up workstation - Ok that's a waste of time. 9. Start P5 a renderin' 10.Surf for foul porn to send to those making you wait. Just a few suggestions from your Unky Monk
Mods, don't close this one down, it's too much fun. Just keep it good, clean fun. ;-) 1) ChaosOutlaw can post his problems with DAZ here. Although strong, these opinions are not slanderous nor are they attacking individual members here. OTOH, people can post their opinions on the validity of those opinions. At least to me, "politely flaming" means attacking the post, not the poster, and that's fine. 2) A few statements in the thread are a bit borderline, but aren't direct attacks. There's a difference between being told that you're acting like a lunatic and being told that you are a lunatic. It's the same difference between saying an opinion is stupid versus the person being stupid. 3) Merchants can post about their wares/services here if it's relevant to the thread. Since the topic is about problems with DAZ customer service, posting that there's alternatives is valid. OTOH, posting your opinion on such posts is also valid. (Just keep the opinions on the posts, not the posters.) In a nutshell: post an opinion and expect to get opinions on your opinion. Cheers! Cres
my 2cents: I have a lousy dialup connection and sometimes run into issues downloading large purchases (10meg+) But do occasionally order them (up to 30meg+). DAZ and ALL other market places have always been Prompt, Polite, and Sincer to resolve ALL my issues as they arise. And Always to my satisfaction. Just recently I had trouble with a 'burned CD' consisting of Ghostmacbeth's M3 Creature. No problem, DAZ took care of it and EVEN wrote me a courtisy letter asking if all was well. They all get Gold Stars in customer satisfaction from me. Makes me wonder why a select few gripe so much...?
ChaosOutlaw, I'm astounded you posted this thread here, after resisting any attempts DAZ made in their own forum to offer solutions, remedies or help. You have plenty of excuses not to cooperate in finding solutions or remedies. You don't want to waste your time, etc. I hate to say it, but this thread, in addition to the DAZ thread leaves me wondering about your true motives. You're a newbie, and are having problems? Do you think maybe you have more to learn?

"I don't think there has been even ONE time where DAZ did not try to help out once they became aware of a problem." Let me help. :-) Because of the degree of my frustration with a recent customer service issue, and because I felt that other DAZ customers should be aware of their options, I posted a rather lengthy complaint to their forums with the subject line "Not cool!" this past week. I did my best to state my case politely while making clear that I wasn't happy with what had happened, and why. (I won't reiterate the whole thing here. It'd be overkill...the thread is still at DAZ.) Several members and one forum administrator very kindly reassurred me that I wasn't being a jerk, and made some suggestions. I'm going to take them up on that tomorrow. Interestingly, some of the top brass at DAZ did appear to bend over backwards to placate ChaosOutlaw, but in spite of my soliciting suggestions from DAZ staff, nobody bothered to respond either in the forum or in private communication. I find it odd that my relatively reserved style of complaint led to no response at all from actual DAZ staff. Now to be fair, I haven't contacted them privately yet...I hadn't decided on what to do until after closing hours on Friday. Knowing how cooperative they usually are, I'm optimistic about coming to a resolution and a happy ending to my little beef. My point in bringing this up again is that in spite of trying to be polite and show good faith, I got no response, whereas more heated complaints got private and public responses. What's that all about? The fact that many people are eager to say they've never had a problem doesn't mean that some of us haven't had problems. I've been one of the DAZ-praisers many times in this forum, both about products and services. It's true that the happy purchases and customer service experiences don't get public praise most of the time, and that when someone does complain publicly, it seems like more of a slam than it probably really is. I'd like to think that in the end, cooler heads prevail (which is not meant as anything against anyone in this thread.)
I've never had serious problems with CS, but that doesn't mean other people haven't. However, just because someone is having problems with DAZ doesn't mean that DAZ completely sucks and is trying to screw everyone over, though, either. The squeaky wheel may get more grease on occasion, but sometimes it's tossed out onto the garbage heap. ;-) xoconostle - the thread title "Not Cool" might not have alerted the DAZ brass that you were having a serious problem. I've found that specific subject headings usually get better responses. I'm not saying a subject title of "DAZ you suck!" is appropriate, but maybe a thread titled "I'm having serious CS issues and need help" might get their attention quicker. (I know it works for me when I'm looking at threads.) And we now return to the major post derailment now in progress. ;-)
Attached Link: http://forum.daz3d.com/viewtopic.php?t=500
May your cooler head always prevail, Cresecent. :-) You make a good point. I don't for a second think that DAZ sucks, I think my recent experience sucked, but I think you already know all about that. My job at this point is to simply speak to someone on the phone tomorrow and see if they're willing to give this one last go. In trying to provide a little more balance, interested persons might want to know that DAZ is aware of the recent tide of frustrations. Check the link. If it doesn't get you to Chris Creek's message about customer service improvements, try logging in regularly, go to The Commons, and check the "Yay!..." thread.Well, I don't know about being a DAZ groupie - What does that mean? People who hang around outside the office trying to pick up techs? - but I do broker through DAZ, so maybe I'd be considered biased. Still, I'll say this anyway. DAZ admitted (in their own forum) that things have been a bit hectic of late and that there had been a higher than usual number of customer complaints, unanswered e-mails, etc, etc - and they spelt out the measures they were taking to correct the whole situation. The post said something like 'one unhappy customer is too many as far as we're concerned'. Anyway, the point is that DAZ may have had problems lately... but they at least have the guts to own up to it, not pretend it isn't happening, AND they're damn well doing something about it. So, if DAZ is the inefficient, uncaring company portrayed in chaos outlaw's post, how come they have the balls to acknowledge the problem and take steps to fix it? I'd say that the comparison with M$ is pretty thin. When did M$ last own up to making mistakes? I also followed chaos outlaw's thread at DAZ, and IMO, he didn't seem to want to take the advice offered in that thread. He has every right to his opinion of DAZ, but to me, it seems to be based on frustration, rather than a genuine grievance. mac
Me likes supporting all the incredible artists right here. But then, I do have a problem paying every month for the privilege of spending more money on stuff I really don't need. This is my hobby, not my life. If I see something at DAZ that I cannot live without, i'll buy it at the premiere price. But i'll wait a while until it's been 'updated'. Don't hate me cause i'm 'thrifty', LOL!
Most of his problems were CRC errors on the CDs, but he'd also had the Charger Tack sent in error for the Charger itself (SteveK arranges a fresh download) and had bought the M3 Pirate Poses which had a problem (see a Post by Don, their creator, in this Forum). As has already been said, comparing CD to downloads is not very fair, and he had various suggestions for resolutions. However it appears he had tried phoning. In summary, I'm comfortable on this fence, and I'm staying here.
"May I suggest instead of acting like a raving lunatic, that you invest some money in a good internet connection. You seem to have the money for all of these purchases, so why you cannot afford to buy a better Internet connection, I do not know. Lol, I have to laugh at this, sorry, but usually the reasons for being stuck with Dialup is specifically because there is no other choice. And if someone is in a remote enough place to not have access to DSL, they're likely no where near an internet cafe or a Kinkos with DSL either. I know that's my case. I'd have to drive an hour.
I do have to say that if you're having problems with each and every item you download, perhaps you should take a step back and realize that the fact that you've only owned Poser for a short time, maybe you don't know it all? Seriously, instead of jumping up and down at a problem, calmly ask questions regarding the problem. Even if Daz can't answer right away, there's always someone either here or at Poser Pros who's likely online at the same time.

I must be one lucky SOB! I Have not had any major problems with DAZ.....any minor issues were always resolved. No download problems, no purchase problems, no renewing the membership problems, no problems with PayPal or my Visa Card, I got the boots, I got the gazillion free items when I renewed. I got vouchers and found DAZ originals I didn't have!! I even managed to create a character with M3 that didn't look like a girl!!! And that's not all......I've also never had problems with Sixus1, RDNA, Sam's 3d, Poser Prose, Poser World, iw43d, Zeta Studios, PhilC, Rendorosity or any other place I've every puchased.......(knocking on wood with both fists!!). BEWARE. You may think that because most of the stuff that is out here is for DAZ models that DAZ is some great company well this is simply not true in my opinion. From what I can tell they may have used to be a great company but since they are in a rush get out their modeling program and new items first they are sacrificing quality in alot of cases and customer service completely. You are going to have to purchase the M3 and V3 models if you want to have use of most of the free items but I reccomend purchasing the accessories from this site or others and not from DAZ. Im not saying all DAZ products are bad. The ones that they actually THOROUGHLY test are great and have no competition anywhere. The problem is they are in such a rush to get new products out there and take your money that they dont test them all very thoroughly. And once you discover the problems it takes forever to get help from DAZ if at all. They are even using a new trick lately by saying when you call, which is the best way to have your problem solved with DAZ dont bother with emails they dont answer them often, that the person you need to speak with is in a meeting please call back later and when you call back you get the same spiel. So be careful buying large quantities of DAZ items and if you have a problem I hope your patience is good because youre going to need it. Why am I up here badmouthing DAZ well let me give you a little taste of my history with DAZ and maybe you will understand. Im very new to the 3D community, Im an old 2D'er. Ive owned Poser 5 for about 8 weeks now. After starting to use P5 I began to search the various websites for tutorials and free items so I could learn to use and make my P5 journey more fun and interesting. Well low and behold what do I discover? Over 90% of the free items as well as the items being sold are made for DAZ models. Being a newbie and seeing this I thought wow DAZ must be the shit cuz everyone is using their stuff. So I went to their website and in this short period of time purchased well over 100 items as well as a club membership (to the tune of over $1200). Thats when all my troubles began. I order hard disk burns with every order I make because I am on a dial up connection and dont like waiting to download. So starting with my second order I began having problems with some of their accessory software and tried to get help from DAZ proper. I was polite and friendly at first but after waiting 12 days just to get even an acknowledgement that my problem was being looked into I began to get angry. It was only after I did send them some angry corrospondence that I got the help I needed. I also made several more purchases during this time. Well to make a long story short I have placed 9 orders with DAZ so far and have had problems with the item(s)out of 7 of the 9 orders so far. Of the 2 that I had no problems with, one was the club membership. Thats not a very good percentage folks and as for the number of items Ive had problems with the count so far is 10 and I havent even gotten around to trying all of my stuff yet. Ive been helped so far, not always satisfactorily, with 5 items. Am still waiting on the others. I should say here that a large majority of DAZ products are good items its the poor customer service and attitude of the folks at DAZ that have really got my ass chapped. And I also think that my problems stem from the fact that I have purchased a very large volume of merchandise from DAZ in a very short period of time and all of my problems are happening at once. That doesnt change the fact that the problems shouldnt be there in the first place or change the fact that when spending the amount of money that I have on the items that I should expect fast and helpful replies to my queries. The only real way to get help from DAZ is by calling them and my problem with that is that I am in the same timezone as they are and I work for a living and rarely get home before 5pm so that option is really not open to me and they have noone to talk with about these problems on the weekends. Their forum staff, the ones that arent rude or cowardly, can help you with questions about use of products but arent much help when it comes to technical difficulties. I want to use another example to point out why I am so angry with DAZ. I have also purchased about 40 other items from this site and others (not DAZ). The ONLY problem I have had was that the first order I made at the Renderosity website thru PayPal where I was promised an immeadiate download, I had to wait 12 hours for this immeadiate download. But the items themselves have all worked fine. Not one problem. And when I asked questions about the products from the vendors I got replies back within a day. Thats quality customer service and how a buisness should be run. There are no excuses for the way DAZ has been acting lately. And I say lately because alot of folks have told me that DAZ USED TO have great customer service. Them working on this new modeling program of theirs is no excuse. Im in the service industry. I clean, repair, build and maintain chimneys and fireplaces, Im a certified chimney sweep. If I was to ignore my customers questions about quotes Ive left them or problems with work I have done for them I would not only lose these customers to my competition I would be plagued with lawsuits. And I would deserve that. But I dont treat my paying customers that way and when I am the customer I expect to be treated the way that I treat my customers. No excuses, no lame promises that the problems are being worked on. I get in contact with them and try my best to resolve their question and/or problems in a timely and professional matter. This has NOT been MY experience with DAZ so far and Im not happy at all about it. So my advice to you newbies is be very leary about purchasing mass quantities of DAZ products all at once and when you do have a problem dont expect to get help with it very fast. I also urge you to purchase your accessory items from this website and others not DAZ because now that my initial DAZ blindness has worn off Ive come to realize that DAZ is trying to be the Microsoft of the poser community and the folks that are making things for their products are putting out better quality products than the parent company. You get items that work and answers to questions in a reasonable amount of time. Another thing I have noticed is you get more for the amount of money that you spend, ie; clothing, textures, props. With DAZ you buy the main item and then have to purchase several more packages just to get the overall effect. So dont purchase anymore from DAZ than you have to. And if you see something brokered at DAZ try contacting the modeler and seeing if they offer the same items at other sites. That way if you do have a problem at least you will be able to have it solved in a reasonable amount of time. If you are happy with DAZ and havent had the problems I have, which I hope most of you havent, then just ignore me. But this is really directed at the newcomers to Poser from another fairly new user. And Im sure this post is going to draw alot of angry responses from the folks I call DAZ groupies. Most of them are modelers who broker their items at DAZ and dont want people thinking poorly of the place they sell their stuff so take what they say with a grain of salt. To these same modelers I am pissing off with this post, well most of you, Im sorry. The company that is representing your items and income has given me such a bad experience that even if youve created a great item and worked all the glitches out of it, if it is brokered only at DAZ then Im not going to buy it and Im going to urge others to do the same. I meant what I said in the DAZ/Microsoft comparison. They arent quite that yet but we need to stop them before they become that. Ive found that the only way I get help from DAZ is by being either angry or negative. Ive tried till I am blue in the face to be patient and polite with no avail. I am hoping that with this post others wont have to go thru what myself and others have gone through with DAZ. Because I want to restate what I said earlier. The products that DAZ THOUROUGHLY tests and then markets are fantastic and have no equals (look at the Millenium Dragon) its just that in their rush to further cement their hold on the poser world they are leaving behind the things that others have told me made them great to start with, ie; quality products and good timely customer service. I really hope that DAZ QUICKLY takes care of this because until they do I wont be spending my money with them and I will be urging others to do the same every chance that I get. And Ive spent over $1600 total on this hobby of mine so far and have more money to spend. I choose to spend it at the sites that treat their customers correctly which doesnt include DAZ at this point. I will be crossposting this post to several different sites forums because I am that angry about this and want others to not have to go through what I have gone through. I sincerely hope that DAZ changes and I can do buisness with them again cuz I really dont like to be an asshole but you folks have made me feel this way. NEWBIES BEWARE!
