Well, first after you press the + you get a little window to give the new set a name, do that and click 'OK' and then the option to save as 'whole group' or 'individual comes up. Did you get the' name new set 'window when you clicked '+' ?

No -open you figures library on the side there and look down at the very bottom- you will see a '+' . this is the little button to hit when you are ready to save something from your main window as a new figure

It is possible - when you hit the 'add to library button' an option to save just the 'single figure' or the 'whole group' should appear. You want to choose 'Whole Group' . I do this to save figures with wings, hair or other accessories that I don't want to have to add every time. Hope it helps.

bijouchat- thats a good idea. Pricey in the UK too. I've been wanting to upgrade from my Wacom/ Graphire 2 for a while after trying a friends Intuos. The pressure sensitivity was just amazing ! Having said that my 4x5 graphire has served me well for 2 years . But even the smallest size Intuos costs about 140 and the larger ,as you say, a lot . Couldn't imagine using PS or Painter with out one - so well worth the price, either of them. Anything that works less well than the graphire and is cheaper would be a false ecomomy.

I totally understood why my mermaid was rejected ( after I read through the TOS properly which I hadn't at first and it is very clear down at the bottom about what is meant by 'nudity' in this instance ) . It was just that now when I saw a couple of images that were allowed through the same nudity rules that she wasn't- well, I got a bit peeved. Didn't mean to start a rumpus - just wanted the same rules applied to all. Thankyou.

Sue88- Thanks for that info ! I had color management set at Web Graphics Default, just turned it off and the imge looks just as washed out in Photoshop as it does in my gallery. D*** !

I've got my tape measure at the ready ! But actually in the TOS -"...any portion therof below the top of the nipple." Lack of consistancy here is what I take issue with.

Actually I have noticed that my image colors are looking less saturated when I see them in my gallery as opposed to in PS or painter. Especially in the last week or so.

Well I certainly wouldn't call that nudity either. But the fact your image is being being put to public opinion confuses me because there is only marginally more lower breast showing in my image (see link) which WAS rejected on the grounds of lower breast showing. The posted rules do state something along the lines that no breast from the nipple down is to show . Bathing suits in Brazil, the south of France , to name but two places, show more than either of these images AND there is a valentine image posted that isn't exactly an opaque breast covering. The rules also say something about that too. So , MODS, please make up your minds !" Try and be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good

Thread: HELP! ProPack SR3 upgrade on Mac - file curuption | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I had EXACTLY that same problem and pz3's I'd had open the day before either wouldn't open or crashed it all - I'm on a Powerbook 550 with 512 RAM , OS 10.2.3 running Poser in classic. What I finally did that made it install properly for me was ...... 1) drag everything out of runtime that didn't install with either P4 or ProPack and all saved pz3's worth keeping..... 2) trash the current installations of both and set extensions to Everything OFF . ,,,, 3) Re install P4, PP and that service release one right after the other and then reset extensions to whatever they normally are and Restart. Drag the saved runtime and pz3's back in & start up poser and try a test render. It worked for me after I tried about 4 other combinations of installing. Even setting extensions to Base didn't work . A TOTAL PAIN!! Hope this helps if you aren't already sorted out. At least you don't know where I live if you make a mess : ) just kidding

Thread: What's up with the Mac version? Or should I not ask... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
An easy out I think - blaming it on Apple ! Other small companies manage dual platform software ok. More like perhaps CL doesn't consider us a particularly important customer group anymore --- and that's going by the very disinterested tone I've personally got from them when I've needed customer support recently. (Though actually a couple of years ago there was a small European support office in Ireland and They were just fantastic.) There are TONS of threads on this whole subject in the forum, have a look --- lots of Mac users are raising hopeful eyes towards the upcoming Daz Studio. According to Daz their "intentions" are to release both versions at the same time. Even if there is some delay as with Dial Cleaner it surely won't be anything like this P5 nonsense ! My vote goes to Daz just based on the niceness of their customer support - but perhaps I'm just easy. P5 sounds a bit of a nightmare to me anyway.

Well if you're in the UK as well get yourself to the WH Smith newsagent shop nearest you and check out "Computer Arts" magazine, also "Digit" is a good mag and covers all sorts of 2d and 3d stuff. I spend a lot of time travelling so have a lot of time to read !
